Banshee (AU Izuku)
(A/N. The video above is what I was watching when making this, note that I didn't take anything from it! I was just watching it while writing because it was hilarious!)
(Izuku's POV)
It's been a while since I've seen any of them... they look so happy, as if they never needed me in the first place...
I noticed that Kacchan had left after... that. I assume going back to their campsite.
He was the only one that looked like he had missed me.
Honestly, when I first saw him, I would have mistaken him for Shinso if he wasn't blonde or had red eyes.
He looks like he can die from being pushed over...
The rest of them were okay I guess... I don't think all of the class is here, but then again, they could be chilling in camp instead of at the beach.
"RAWR!" Toga yelled, leaping up from behind me.
I screeched as she playfully tackled me in the water.
"T- ah! K-Kureijī!" I laughed, trying to shove her off of me. I nearly said 'Toga' instead of her fake name.
"HA HA HA! I HAVE TACKLED THE MIGHTY BUTTERFLY!" She squealed, splashing her arms in the water playfully, sending a mini wave towards me.
The force of the wave pushed me over, being carried back closer to the shore.
I trembled, feeling sand drift around the sensitive parts of my body.
How do girls handle these!? Sand just gets stuck in the most embarrassing places.... yuck.
I get up shakily, shaking off the wet sand that covered my arms.
"Oh you're gonna pay for that!" I said.
She giggled, then began wading through the water away from me as I treaded behind her, both of us laughing.
I could obviously have swam to catch her, being fairly easy with my exercises I did daily, but where's the fun in that?
"KUREIJĪ!" I shouted, thrashing through the water as I began to catch up to her.
She cried with playful fear, turning around and began splashing the water in my face.
I blocked most of it with my hands, but still getting drenched.
"Take that!"
I laughed as she began trying to swim.
Key word, trying.
All she did was lay flat on the waters surface and began to dog paddle, splashing her legs into the water wildly in hopes to both block me from reaching her and boosting her speed through the water.
Does she really not know how to swim or is this just for fun?
Not caring whether or not she could swim, I decided to do the same. Knowing very well I'd be able to out swim her any day.
I did tie 3 way with Todoroki and Kacchan when we went to the pool at UA...
Diving in under the water, it was surprisingly clear as I opened my eyes, despite all the sand billowing up from Toga's feeble kicking.
Using my hands, best descried as crawling through the water, kicking my legs gently just to have a little boost, I was directly beside her.
Since she wasn't looking down and hadn't noticed my disappearance, I decided to wait, keeping perfectly still underwater.
She finally noticed I was no longer behind her, looking around nervously.
Taking the chance, I launched myself upwards, taking her by surprise.
She yelped, falling backwards into the water with a mighty splash.
"GOTCHA!" I cried triumphally as her head popped up into the air, giving me an amused look.
She giggled, sitting up in the water.
"That wasn't exactly fair..."
I frowned, staring solemnly.
"A battle is never fair."
There was silence as she stared at me, her face devoid of her usual giddiness.
Then we both burst into incontrollable laughter, me having to clutch my stomach from the lack of air intake, wheezing.
"I-I... HA! Can't breathe!" Toga uttered out, clutching her stomach as she began crying.
"Shit... that wasn't supposed to be funny!"
We had to get out of the water since we were apparently disturbing some of the other people's beach parties. We didn't have an extra change of clothes so all we did was take what we were wearing earlier and just put some of it on to cover our exposed bodies.
"Alright, I guess it's about time to change back, I'm not sure when it'll wear off on others so we better get going just to be safe." I said, making my way back to the woods.
Toga skipped beside me, a gleeful smile plastered on her face.
"That was fun! Maybe next time we can bring more of the League here instead of just the two of us."
I huffed. "Then it wouldn't be a blood fest."
She nodded, finally reaching the small trail back to all the campsites.
"Hey!" Someone called from behind us.
I shuddered, recognizing the voice.
Seriously!? Why can't they leave us alone?
I think it's the same for the class don't you? Somehow the LOV is always targeting class 1A, not it's kind of the opposite.
I turn around to see all of the people from UA behind us with their equipment and belongings.
"Hi...." I muttered, trying to keep a straight face.
"I never caught your name hot stuff!" Denki says, leaning forward, a bit too close for comfort.
I cringed hearing him call me that.
Damn, I feel your pain now Jirou....
"Well, I guess you never did ask." The snarky remark came out without me even wanting it to.
It's not something most girls would say if a guy was trying to flirt with them, well, only if the girl were to like them back. So it was natural that some of the students looked shocked at my reply.
"Oh~ playing that way huh?" He said, almost as if trying to act like a 'tough' guy.
I bit my lip, glancing at Toga.
