Bad poked his head around the corner. He saw Ant standing in the hallway, holding a tray of tea. He was standing just outside King George's room, and seemed to be intently listening to something.

"Hey, Ant," Bad snuck up beside his friend.

Ant flinched and almost dropped the tea but regained his balance quickly. "Bad! You scared me!' Ant hissed quietly.

"What're you listening to?" Bad whispered.

"Nothing," Ant muttered hastily. "I was just about to bring this tea into King George but he's talking Dream at the moment.

"What are they talking about?" Bad could tell Ant was lying when he said he wasn't eavesdropping on the king.

"I don't know! Something about Phil's family or something," Ant looked nervous.

"Ant, just knock on the door and politely say 'excuse me', you don't need to just stand there, you muffinhead!" Bad laughed softly.

Ant nodded and hesitantly knocked on the door. The talking inside the room stopped and the door swung open. Dream stood there, King George behind him.

"T-tea?" Ant stuttered as he held the tray of tea out to Dream.

"Thank you, Ant," Dream took the tray and slammed the door.

Bad gave Ant a shaky thumbs-up as he walked back down the hallway, down to the servants' quarters. Bad sighed and was about to follow his friend when he heard Dream and George begin to speak again.

As basically the head of the servants, Bad knew he shouldn't be eavesdropping on the King and his ambassador. He told himself that listening for only a second wouldn't be awful.

"So you're going to visit Phil's family soon again to discuss the business once again? Will you train Tommy then?" Bad heard King George take a sip of his tea.

"Yes, it's good to keep an eye on Phil and his family. As I said before, they play a big role in our kingdom," Dream responded.

"What about training Tommy?" George repeated spitefully.

"I might teach him a couple moves if I can. I'm still on the fence about actually training him, George. I feel like it could do good for our kingdom. Tommy will go far when he's older. It will be better to keep an eye on him," Dream had an edge to his voice, as if he knew more than he was telling George.

"What do you mean 'far'?" George matched the same edge Dream had.

"Far as in, he'll grow up to do something great," Dream muttered.

"If you say so," Bad could almost hear the frown in George's voice.

"I'm going to head off now, goodnight George. Have a wonderful sleep," Dream's voice softened.

"Goodnight, Dream," George again matched Dream's tone.

Bad heard footsteps and immediately scurried away down to the servant's quarters. What did Dream mean exactly? What was Tommy going to do? Bad shrugged. It wasn't a servant's place to question the king or his ambassador.

Wilbur stared after Sally, awestruck. What a passionate, bold woman! She didn't seem to care about speaking her mind. Ok, telling people off for eating salmon is a bit odd, but the fierce, raw passion in her voice was something rarely anyone had. Wilbur admired her for it.
