"Kurapika!" You yelled, chasing him around the house as he laughed. "Come back here! How dare you do this to me!" You screamed. Completely surprising you, he wrapped you in his arms. "Awe, my poor baby." He cooed. "She's covered in flour..." :(
"Let's go run her a nice shower." Your face flushed and you began to squirm. "Don't worry, doll." He reassured you. " I'm not joining." You eventually stopped and accepted the fact that there was nothing you could do. "Pika," you said, closing your eyes in his embrace. "Leorio is trying to kill me." He replied very quickly.
Your mouth dropped in shock. "I don't know if he's trying to kill me or turn me in, but he's up to something and you're apart of it."
Your eyes widened. "Kurpika, I'm not apart of anything."
"Not like that," he said, rolling his eyes playfully. "They're coming for you too. I just know it."
"Who is they?" You asked.
"Chrollo and-"
KNOCK KNOCK
Your breath hitched. Who is at the door?
"Kurapika! It's Leorio! I came here to warn you.."
Leorio's voice boomed from behind the door. Kurapika turned his eyes to you before slowly walking his way to the door.
"What is it, Leorio?" His voice wavered. "Y/n is in danger! He's coming for her! Both of you!"
Kurapika's eyes turned red. "I was right," he muttered. "Go take your bath, Y/n." Before you could even try to argue with him, he looked at you again. But this time, there was sadness in his eyes. "Go take your bath."
You hesitantly nodded and scurried away.
