a very specific scene in which I won't tell the context of.

Walking in the crowded parts of the train tracks, I think  to myself, " Hey, I don't remember train tracks being here," but then I continued on.

The roar of the trains moving past around me at frightening speeds consume my hearing. I hear nothing else but trains.

The people around me are heading in the opposite direction as me, its a wave of people that I am running through, like a boat sailing into a wave.

The crowd grows, and I am pressed between bodies, crushing, choking me but I move on. It gets so crowded that you can't even see where you are going anymore. As I am slowly disappearing in the crowd, I have a single thought-

"I want to get out of here, anyway I can."

Then suddenly, I am at the other end of the crowd. I watch them as they walk away into...somewhere. Realization struck at what I just did. I managed to teleport away from the suffocation of the crowds.

Awestruck, I try teleporting again, this time to a place where I want to.

"I want to go home," I will myself to teleport, but no use. It seems that I can only teleport in short distances, so I decided for the lamp-post instead.

The world was still, then all of a sudden it became a blur, then became still again. In front of me is the lamp-post, I did it. I roar in excitement as I teleported to the middle of the tracks, which was a bit far off. I focused. The world was still, I lifted my feet as I was about to run, the world was a blur, then it was still again. I look around, a bit confused as I was still not on the tracks, but rather at the half-way point of it.

I walked back to the lamp-post, then tried again.

"Maybe I can teleport a number of consecutive times?"

I willed myself to teleport at the half-way point first, then the tracks. The world, well, you get the idea. But I was on the tracks before I knew it, and my excitement went up even more.

But somewhere, in the back of my mind, a voice whispered to me, "Let's fly up"

You can imagine my surprise when I was in the air, teleporting away into the sky,

"What the fuck?" I was screaming.
