By Thursday, the group was back to normal. Haechan pretended like the last 5 days hadn't happened, and Jaemin stopped bringing up the topic of dating. It was an unspoken agreement between the two boys.

Haechan had just finished up basketball practice with Jeno and they were now getting changed in the locker rooms. It was already dark out, since the days were getting shorter due to winter.

When he was done getting changed, he and Jeno walked over to the park that was near their school. They had agreed to hang out since they had rarely been spending time together outside of basketball.

They hung out and talked for a little before they had to start getting home. It was already 6:00 and both boys had dinners they needed to get to.

When Haechan got to his house, he noticed one of two things. 1) Marks bike was here. 2) His slippers were taken.

He slipped on a random pair of slippers before going inside. He entered the living room to see Mark and and his younger sibling playing around. It was surprising to see how well Mark got along with his siblings, since he only had an older brother and no experience with younger kids.

"Sup, Markie."

"Hey, Hyuck. How was practice."

"Kicked my ass, as usual."

"Hey! There's kids!"

"And I'm around them all the time. They know everything already."

"Whatever."

"You here for dinner?"

Just then, Haechan's mom came into the room.

"He's here to be a better son than you! See how he's so nice to the kids and he even helped make me food. Where were you? Playing bAsKetBalL."

"Mom, we've talked about this! I have a life. I'm not lame."

"I know, Hyuckie. I'm kidding. Now hurry and shower because foods almost done."

She left the room and went back into the kitchen.

"I'm actually here cus Mirae wanted me to hang out with her last time I was here. I told her next time and today was next time."

"Cool, cool. I'm gonna go shower now."

"Good you smell."

"Shut up. At least Im not friends with a four year old."

"Go take your shower, Dumbhyuck."

"Dumbhyckie oppa!"

"Great, look what you've taught her."
