Will's POV

I don't think I'm gonna say anything about the smile.

I don't want to make things...

Awkward.

But, I have a horrible headache and my throat feels a bit scratchy.

I guess in this climate you are bound to get sick.

I started to think about the events of the past few days.

I started to think about y/n's powers.

I started to think about how crazy the upside-down is.

I also started to think about y/n's sister.

Eleven.

"Um, y/n?" I say, trying to get her attention.

She looks over at me, as a response.

"Can you tell me more about Eleven?" I ask, she sits up straight and begins to talk.

"Eleven. Sister. Powers." She says.

Huh?

"Alright... What kind of powers does she have?" I ask.

"Move. Mind." She says, which is supposed to be my answer.

I started to think about what she meant for a few moments.

Then I understood.

"Oh! Do you mean telekinesis? Like Yoda?" I say, with a bit of pep in my tone.

"Yoda?" She asks, obviously confused.

"Never mind," I say with a scratchy sigh.

There was another awkward silence between us.

"So... Uh, how did Eleven contact you?" I ask.

"Powers contact." She says.

"Your powers contacted her or her powers contacted you?" I say, asking another question.

Your POV

This guy sure does ask a lot of questions.

"Hers," I say to him.

"Okay." He says as a response.

Hopefully, he doesn't ask any more questions.

"How are you guys sisters?" He asks, yet again.

I jinxed it.

"Don't know," I say, as my response.

"How do you not know? She is your sister." He says.

"Lab, whole life," I say with a soft, yet sad smile.

"You don't remember anything from before the lab?" He says, asking another question.

"Before?" I say, asking a question as a response to his question.

"Yeah, before you got taken to the lab." He says as if that is a valid reason.

"No before," I say back.

I have problems when trying to speak.

I have a smart brain, that is constantly thinking.

But my words are...

Empty.

"What do you mean, 'no before'?" He says.
