A woman in an expensive white dress stared at her reflection in the mirror in front of her as her make up artist brushed some pinkish blush on her cheeks for the final touch.
Her veil was pinned at the back of her hair with a pin that was made with silver and diamonds.
All of the jewelries and accessories that she was wearing were even more expensive than any other's. Her wedding dress was designed and was made by one of the most famous designers of Paris.
Yet even with all of these things, she isn't happy with them.
"Oh my! Look at my dear daughter! She's so pretty!" Her mother chimed with a wide smile as soon as she entered the room and saw her. The people inside the room agreed with her also but that wouldn't make the bride happy even a bit.
Forcing a smile to her red tinted lips, she pulled herself to keep up the act. "Thank you." she stated in a joyous tone that almost everyone wouldn't notice her hidden emotions behind her voice. She glanced at her reflection once more before standing up from her seat.
Her mother handed her a bouquet of white roses. They look so beautiful and detailed. She took it from her, holding the stem around her hands. She stared at it for a moment. This is it... the start of my nightmare finally begins.
"Come on, Y/n. Let's not keep your husband and everyone waiting." she heard her mother, cutting her off of her thoughts. It seemed like she's even more excited than her. Excited that she'd finally get to share with her future husband's family's riches.
Y/n secretly rolled her eyes, silently mumbling forbidden words under her breath for having this kind of life.
Even if there are a lot more of people who are living the worst life than her, she still couldn't help but to complain. She even regrets her own existence but what more can she do than to accept what fate had planned for her.
She expected the ride to the church would be a little longer but it seems like even time was excited too that it run so fast.
One of the butlers opened the door of the limousine for her and offered a hand to help her out but she ignored it, pretending that she didn't notice it and went out straight from the car.
Her mother noticed it though. Unfortunately.
She walked to the closed doors of the church to where her parents her standing, waiting for her and she was immediately met by the not-so-noticed glare from her mother.
"I want you to behave well, Y/n. Don't disappoint us." she told her with a fake smile.
Y/n nodded, "Yes, mom." she replied back without looking at her and kept her head straight, facing the doors.
"Smile more. I hate that small smile and stand straight, you idiot. Don't do anything stupid, I don't want a daughter who's brings nothing but disappointment in this family."
The bride bit her tongue to stop herself from snapping back at the woman who gave birth to her. Tears threatened to form on her eyes but she blinks them off and tried to maintain the perfect posture for a real woman.
Before her mother could talk even more, the music started to play and seconds after it, the large doors opened, revealing the inside of the church where a lot of people were standing there, waiting for her to come.
By the end of the aisle, there's her future husband, wearing that luxurious black tuxedo paired with a pair of squeaky clean black shoes. His blonde hair was pulled back and styled gorgeously.
He's handsome like a god himself.
His lips stretched and the curve that his eyes made when he smiles made him look even more good looking.
He really seemed to be happy.
Y/n's father turned to look at her, "Let's go." he said and there they went. She's finally getting married.
