I sit here in my garden
Staring at the beautiful sky
Watching as the stars twinkle
And a number of clouds slowly passing by
For a few minutes, I didn't even realize
What exactly was going on in my mind
Until I saw the pretty moon
And the first thing I thought of was you
All this time, you didn't leave my head
You stayed there and didn't even pay rent
But I don't mind, really, I don't
What matters to me is that you're always in my thoughts
With that being said, I once again smiled
Realizing that I've never felt like this in a while
How you make my day by simply telling me that you love me
And how I smile like an idiot when I imagine you smiling at me
I've never been this deep into the ocean
The ocean full of genuine love and emotions
That for a second I was lost and that I'd drown
But then I found you on the ocean ground
You opened your arms as you saw me swimming towards you
At first, I was confused, I didn't have a clue
But when I gave in and wrapped my arms around you
You held me so tight that all my broken pieces were glued
I didn't know how much I love you
Until I realized how much I think of you
Normally, I'd run away from it
But now I know this is worth fighting for because it's you.
