Ok, so to start this off, I gotta warn you. I suck at designing houses/mansions/palaces/pretty much any kind of architecture. I did try my best to meet all of the requirements. Let's go over them for a minute.

Now, some of it is crappy. I was getting tired and run down. It's late. So allow me to explain for a minute here what exactly is going on.

Starting from the bottom here. A stone path to the entrance! There is a swing set and slide to the right (playground) I couldn't include more cuz I ran out of paper. Wanted to make it big.

Second, we have the very poor quality bar! The swirl on the long table is an ice cream machine. The circles are chairs. I was going for more of an arial view here.

Beach/pool area! This one is more exciting. As you can see there are fish in the water. Welllllll those are water proof robot fish! At the right of the pool there is an underwater button and hole. Press the button to release (high tech) robot fish friends! The beach area has umbrellas and chairs. The small house looking thing has a cooler next to it. Yknow for storing popsicles and beverages! But wait, where's the door on the small house? There is none!

The cooler can open, but under the cooler is a secret tunnel! It's the only way to get into the small house.

Inside the smaller house is a robotic table with a hologram of the earth! The small house thing is like a safer place for planning missions or whatnot. More stuff for the high tech section.

Back on the outside. The roof has a hatch to get up there to the left, and a small garden to the right. There is also a poorly drawn seating area. The balcony is small, but has a seating area as well. Inspired by my own balcony.
