****Demetra’s POV****

“If he’s trying to enlist you, get out now kid,” I warned and Fury rolled his eyes.

“What did you two want?” Fury asked, annoyed.

Steve raised his hand with the file. “We have something for you to look up.”

Fury came forward and started looking through the file without a word. In a few minutes he looked up again. “What’s so amazing about this?”

“He has a look alike. Tommy Lee Jones. The comparison is too similar to be a coincidence,” I stated, watching Fury intently.

“Do you realize I have more important things to do than go on a wild goose chase?”

“Yeah like persuade kids to join what, The Avengers for Youths?” I replied sarcastically.

“I’m not a kid,” Peter Parker said from across the room, turning around from where he was looking out the window. He managed to walk over to the other side of the room without drawing any attention to himself. I almost forgot he was in the room. Strange one.

“You’re a kid till you’ve seen the hardships if life.”

“Don’t be so stiff,” Steve said to me. I ignored him, this is the way I was.

“Call me a kid when you’re basically one yourself,” Parker said, walking over to me, like a stand-off.

“I’m technically 76.”

“Doesn’t moisturizer just work wonders?”

“Why don’t you just leave and forget this whole meeting. Trust me, this is not something you want to get into.”

“You are not a part of this meeting, I suggest you leave,” Fury demanded.

“I’m trying to save this kid from being brainwashed by you!” I argued back.

“I make my own decisions,” the kid said, edging back toward the window.

“The windows are too thick to break through, you need to use the door,” I said, giving him a helpful piece of advice, anticipating his next move.

He stopped and stared at me. Then extended an arm and a silvery string shot out, attaching to the ceiling just above the door. He jumped on the window and pushed off, flying across the table causing papers to fly, and swung towards the open door above my head. He let go in the hallway, turning back for a millisecond to give me a small smile, and then ran fast down the hallway, dodging guards. Once he was out of view, I turned back to Fury.

“Looks like your schedule just cleared.”
