shifting advice

OO.
like i have done, i recommend writing your plan for shifting. choose a method, or even make up your own, then rewrite it in your own words, so it is more personal and you can get used to it. it's a bit like studying - your own notes are easier to study from than someone else's.

O1.
you script your reality as well as you can so you can get used to the idea. make sure you include:
- your personal way of returning to your current reality.
- the sign that you're shifting (e.g. mine is hearing birds).
- how time passes (e.g. 1min in my cr = 1hr in my dr).
- how you won't get stuck in your desired reality and you won't tell anyone that you've shifted.
i recommend scripting or at least thinking about how you want your clone to act while you're in your desired reality.

O2.
drink lots of water, get plenty of rest and be mentallly, physically and emotionally relaxed. keep your mind refreshed and unstressed :)
take it slow. don't try to shift immediately. get used to your desired reality in your head through daydreams and such. use your imagination to visualise your desired reality and what's going to happen in it. think about the things that you are going to do in your desired reality, and the people there. maybe read or watch something related to your desired reality. (e.g. if you're shifting to hogwarts, read the harry potter books or watch the movies)

O3.
on the day that you decide to shift, get yourself in a spiritual mood. make sure you're not busy and have no upcoming plans. make sure you have nothing to distract you and you are calm. try not to get too excited during the day. you could:
- meditate, be mindful. i highly recommend practising mindfulness. it helps you keep focus.
- pick a spiritual night, like a full moon
- listen to some relaxing mood music. maybe something related to your desired reality.
- listen to appropriate subliminals. you can listen to them while shifting too.
you should:
- read your script a few times, continue thinking about your desired reality.
- eat well, drink well, rest well.
- repeat affirmations in your head.

O4.
shift on a nice, quiet night with no distractions. be tired. the kind of tired where you feel like you could stay awake if you tried, but could easily fall asleep if you tried as well. lie down comfortably on your back. don't be tense, be relaxed. don't focus on anything around you. try to detach yourself from reality and focus on yourself. think about your desired reality and how much you want to get there. you WILL shift tonight. repeat affirmations. lots of them.
- 'i am shifting'
- 'i am shifted successfully'
- 'i am in my desired reality'
- 'i have shifted'
- 'shifting is easy'
- 'i can shift'
- 'take me to my desired reality'
imagine the things you can see and hear in your desired reality. use all of your senses. imagine that you are already in your desired reality. visualise the first scene of when you first enter your desired reality.
if you can, try and repeat some of the things you wrote in your script. you'll know a lot of it if you've read it many times and thought about it.
continue affirming and imagining your desired reality until you fall asleep. when you wake up you should be in your waiting room or your desired reality.
