That's Just Who I Am

Here's the first chapter guys! Sorry for the wait, i've been busy lately. Here you go!

"So wake me up when it's all over, when I wise up and I'm ol-" Smack! I know, cliche wake-up alarm, but I loooooove this song! I should probably introduce myself. My name is-

"JADE! GET UP, I NEED TO GO MEET MY FRIENDS!" And, now you know my name. Jade Acacia Gladstone, at your service. That, that was my caretaker, Jacob Royce Gladstone. Now, I bet your wondering, Jade, where's your parents? I'll explain later. (Get's tears in eyes. Me:Don't cry Jade, everything will be okay. I should know, I'm writing the story!) I jump out of bed, and pick out some clothes. I decide to where a small kitten shirt, jean shorts, and sneakers. If anybody asks, cats are WAYYY better than dogs. Finally, I add my Skydoesminecraft-holding- a-piece-of-budder cap, and went downstairs for breakfast.

"Took ya long enough. I almost thought Freddy Krouger gotcha!" Jacob says in a joking matter.

"At least I look presentable!" I retaliate, eyeing him from head to toe. He's wearing sweatpants, an oversized t-shirt, and socks, with his hair sticking out everywhere. "Looks like somebody needs a MAKEOVER!" I squel in a mocking-ish girly voice 2 optives to high.

"Don't blame me! I had to make breakfast!" he states, gesturing to the food before me. "Let's just eat, I'll get ready, drop you off at the park, go over to my cousins, and bring them over in 3 hours. They're moving nearby, so I have to help them unpack." I simply nod, than sit before the gourmet meal in front of me. Jacob wants to become a chef oneday, and I must say, he's an AMAZING cook. I didn't say anything else until I had licked my plate clean.

By then, Jacob had already gotton dressed, and tamed his wild maimed-hair. He was wearing a race-car t-shirt, jeans, and running shoes, along with his trusty creeper hat. "Ready to head out?" he questioned.

I sighed, not wanting to leave the comfort of my home, but finally answered, "Yes," and we headed out.
