Possession (Yaku x Lev )

Chapter 11

"Alright, whats wrong?" Lev finally asked

Yaku was taken by surprise, "what do you mean?" He asked

"After you kissed me youve been acting..strange"

"Im not acting strange" yaku replied bluntly

"You are, your acting almost...cold" Lev said softly before adding "You've barely spoken to me, avoided my eyes, avoided ny touch, and youre not eating as much as normal. Are you alright?"

Yaku nodded "yeah, just a bit..Shooken up I suppose" he half muttered

And with that Yaku left the room, walking iut to one of the balconies, closing the doirs behind him. He leant against the rail and let iut a sigh as he took a breath of fresh air

what am I doing? This must just be Stockholm syndrome..

he thought before nodding

definitely  stockholm syndrome...right? 

Yaku began to think, he wasn't actually being held captive..It might not be stockholm syndrome, but a part of him wanted to believe it was, he couldn't ever imagine being with a vampire, that just seems insane!

But, it might not be...

There was also a side of him that wanted to believe he really loved Lev, maybe a human and a vampire would be a cheesy but romantic story to share, maybe people would think he was insane and put him into an asylum for the psychotic. Or maybe they would with a little proof, but then that risks lev's life, like in his dream. 

Yaku shuddered at the remembrance of his dream, he hated the sight, but not only did it seem overly familiar, it was engraved into his head. No matter how hard he tried to push the thought away, it kept returning. Almost as if someone or something perhaps was making it stay there, making sure he wouldnt forget that little bit of information.

He put his forearms over the railing as he leaned foreward, letting the cool breeze ruffle through his hair. He let out a small sigh, closing his eyes for a moment.

That moment was soon over for him, as he felt a familiar hand touch his shoulder. he opened his eyes to look ahead of him, rathee than at the figure.

"Beautiful isn't it?" He heard Kuroo mutter, his hand rubbing along his back

Yaku ignored him which caused Kuroo to frown

"Whats the matter?" He questioned, his eyebrows furrowing a little.

Yaku finally looked at him "None of your concern" He stated, no sign of emotion

"Awe, Come on now Yaku, I thought we were close" he said with a fake pout yet there was evident amusement in his voice.

Yaku just rolled his eyes "get lost"

"Ouch, seems like kitties got claws hm?" he said with a grin

Yaku turned to face him completely "What do you want" he asked, clearly annoyed

Kuroo hummed slightly, pretending to think before he leaned in, close to Yakus ear and whispered "You"

Shaken by the ravenettes words Yaku shook his head "Go away creep" he said with a bit of finality in his voice

Kuroo rolled his eyes "Follow me, I can show you of Lev's real intentions and doings" He said softly, backing up and holding out his hand to the short male he once knew as a friend and team-mate.

Kuroo felt that he would have no chance of being with his mate if Lev had him, If Yaku willingly went with Lev, He would soon go eratic unless he found someone else.

Yaku shook his head "Im fine. I came out here to clear my head not run away" he stated, looking back at the forest before him

Yaku then heard the door open, turning and thinking Kuroo was getting into the house, he was prepared to scold him until he didnt see Kuroo, but rather saw Lev and he almost instantly calmed down

"there you are" Lev said, rather relieved before adding "I looked all over for you" he stated with a nod

Yaku put on a small, sympathetic smile "Sorry, I needed some air" he said softly

Lev nodded a bit, he had known about Yaku and Kuroos conversation, he did have good hearing. But he decided not to say anything unless Yaku did first, which was unlikely to happen.

"Do you want to go home?" Lev asked, he wanted to know the boys thoughts and feelings on the subject

Yaku nodded a bit "It would be nice to see everyone again..Especially after dissappearing at random" he said softly

Lev nodded in understanding and let out a small sigh "Alright then, Ill walk you through to the edge of the forest, right before town. Then Ill leave and you can go home"
