K.C. agreed to have dinner later this week with Brett after she gets through with her Exams as she ends her call a unexpected visitor approaches her adding her eyes filled with tears flowing down her face..

K.C.:

"Daddy!"

She hugged him tightly, having missed him yet mad that her parents are divorcing..

Craig Cooper:

"Hi baby girl, how i have missed you look at how grown up you become!"

He too smiles, tears flowing down his face too.

They compose themselves while walking the campus till they find a food truck serving up some stir fry chicken street tacos!

They get two taco's each and a pepsi as they sit on a bench to catch up.

Craig:

"First, i am sorry you found out about me divorcing your mother..

I will will always love her K.C.

but you know that sometimes love isn't enough!

We are always on missions, we raised you beautiful kids as adults so we just drifted apart during these last few years!

We will always be a family, just not together under one roof.

Life is full of changes, but i promise you there is nobody else, i just need my selfish time alone surely you can understand that right pumpkin?"

K.C.:

" I do understand, i hate it, but yes i understand..

I miss you soo much promise me you won't go so far you don't visit us?!"

Craig:

"I promise, i know you have exams so i won't be staying long..

I will pop up later this Spring..

Happy New Years my beautiful daughter!"

K.C.:

"Happy New Years Dad, i am dating

Brett again.."

Craig:

"I am glad to hear you are dating and not alone!

I got to get going, i am always with you no matter what goes down or how far apart we from each other!"

They hug, she crys as he walks away..
