"I think now would be a good time Tjay think about it, Brielle and Jayden are 3 years old and I wouldn't want there to be a big age gap" I sighed as Tjay got out of bed.
"Lani just a few months ago you said youn want another baby for a while, what changed?" He went into the bathroom and I followed him.
"Like I told you before I don't know, I just thought about it when I woke up and I can't get it off my mind." I sat on the counter and watched as he started to brush his teeth.
"I- I just don't wanna talk about this right now because I'm confused, why is it that all a sudden your so hyped on having a baby" He sighed and I just looked at him.
"Tjay I- I don't know, just think about it and maybe you'll understand it from my perspective" I said whilst walking out the bathroom and getting back into bed.
Whilst I was on my phone in bed waiting for Tjay to get out the shower Brielle came into the room and sat next to me on the bed.
"Hey baby" I kissed her forehead and she laid her head on my lap.
"Hi mommy, are you okay I heard you and daddy shouting at each other last night" She looked up at me and I sighed.
Last night Tjay and I were arguing about something real stupid.
We were talking about moving into a new house and I brought up the topic of expanding our family and having another baby but he wasn't too positive about the idea.
He kept on asking me if it's what I really wanted. I told him that's what I wanted but he didn't understand what I was trying to say to him.
"Bri everything's fine baby, daddy and I were just arguing about what movie to watch" I lied to her.
I didn't want to tell her what happened because anything that happens between me and Tjay stays between us.
We made a promise that whatever happens between us we'll always be the best parents we can for our children no matter what.
"Oh okay i'm going to go continue playing with Jay, love you mommy" She said as she got off the bed and went towards the door.
"Love you more princess" I watched as she closed the door behind her.
A couple minutes later Tjay came out the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist and water dripping from his face.
