your boyfriend harry  dumped you yesterday so all you've done is cry, eat ice cream and listen to sad songs.

"Hey Y/N, where were you yesterday? We didn't see you" your dad asks. Your mom and dad were working late last night so you didn't have time to tell them you were dumped.

"You look rough girl" your mom jokes

"Harry dumped me, last night" you sigh. You had your hair in a messy bun and had some tracksuit bottoms and a jumper on.

"What! Where is that asshole, wait till i get my hands on him" your dad says, going all overprotective

"Dad leave it, i'm fine honestly." you say, taking a scoop into a tub of ice cream

"It'll be okay honey, you deserve better than him anyway" your mom reassures

Your brother Bailey tries and takes a bite of your ice cream and you whack his hand

"Ow! What was that for?" he complains

"Hands off my breakup ben&jerry's. It's mine" you glare at him

"Okay well we're late so i'll see you later on" your dad kissed your forehead

"Don't sit in bed all day though, have a shower or something" your mom says and hugs you

"Yeah because you smell!" Ellis teases. You groan and throw a blanket over your shoulders and head back up to your room.

You play 'Best thing i never had' by Beyoncé from your phone and lay in bed.

"I WANTED YOU BACK! IM SO THROUGH WITH THAT! HONESTLY YOU TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEST THING I NEVER HAD!" you sing at the top of your lungs

Next song: 'Knowing me, knowing you' by ABBA

"KNOWING ME KNOWING YOUUUUUU! THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO KNOWING YOU" you sing whilst crying

Suddenly the doorbell rings, you walk downstairs and answer it

"Harry?" you stand there in shock

"Y/N i'm sorry, i love you and i made a mistake. I should've never dumped you, you are amazing and funny and smart and i'm sorry" he rants

"YOU broke up with ME! Don't think you can just turn up to my house and win me back! I'm better off without you, goodbye" you close the door on him and lay on the sofa.

You think about all the happy times you had, like the first time you met:

He was a patient at the hospital. You were trying to find your dad so he can give you money for the vending machine.

"Why hello there" he says from his room "I don't think patients are supposed to be running around the hospital like madmen"

"Um i'm not a patient here" you smile

"Well then who are you? I'm Harry" he says

"Y/N, my parents are doctors here. I'm just trying to find my dad quickly" you explain

"Your parents are doctors here? That's cool, my doctor is Dr.Shepherd" he says

"Girl Shepherd or boy Shepherd?" you ask

"Boy Shepherd? Is there two?" he asks

"Yeah, your doctor shepherd is my dad, the other dr.shepherd is my aunt" you laugh

"woah, you have a lot of family here" he says

"there's more! my mom's a general surgeon, my aunt Maggie is a cardio surgeon and both my aunts Lexie and Cristina and uncle Mark were surgeons here" you laugh

"Were? Past tense" he says

You decide enough is enough and you want to glow up to make yourself feel better. You run a shower and wash your hair and shave. You put a hair mask in your hair and everything, preparing to look fit as fuck!!

You get out of the shower when your phone starts to ring

INCOMING CALL FROM MOM👩‍⚕️💗

"Hey mom!" you say

"You sound better! Just wanted to check in, how are you doing" she asks. Your mom's always been protective over you, everyone always says your like a younger version of her.

"I'm Glowing up! I'm sick of crying over a boy! Harry came here and begged me to take him back" you say

"Harry came to you? At home? What did you say?" your mom asks

"I shut the door in his face. Told him he can't break up with me and change his mind the next day" you say and start crying again

"You go girl! Are you crying?" your mom says

"I loved him mom! And i thought he loved me! We were happy, he was always there for me and he just leaves me" you cry

"Come to the hospital" she insists

"Why?"

"Because you need people to remind you how amazing you are and i can't do it over the phone. Hurry though because i have a surgery in an hour" your mom says and ends the phone.

You put on your clothes and trainers and lock the door behind you. You drive to the hospital and look for your mom. You looked pretty rough, no makeup, your hair wet in a plait and the baggiest clothes.

"Who is that? She looks so scruffy" you hear an intern say

"I'm Grey and Shepherd's daughter. Now go do something or i'll tell my parents what you said and kiss you job goodbye" you snap. You never threaten people with your parents' power in the hospital but you weren't in the mood for people backchatting.

You find your mom in the attending lounge, along with your aunts Maggie and Amelia, April,Arizona,Callie and Jo

"I'm here, ignore my hair i just had a shower" you say

"Girls. Mission Y/N begins now!" your mom says. She sits you in front of a mirror and all the girls.

"What's going on?" you ask, confused

"We are making you feel as amazing as you are!"Callie says

The girls do your makeup, your hair and compliment you loads and it really makes you feel so much better. Your so grateful for everything the people in your life do for you and you love them loads.
