     The name Oliver is a Latin name with the meaning "Olive tree".

     The name "Wrench" was a Middle English nickname that mean 'wile', 'trick', or 'artifice'.

Ability: 

     .Chronokinesis

     He is able to either slow down the area around him or just slow down or speed up specific people. He is able to manipulate people's bodies by changing their ages because of this and could kill a person if her really wants to. But he doesn't want to. 

     A hidden agility that people don't know about is that he go back to a specific point in time, but not by much. He can't activate this by himself though. The only way that he knows to activate this is to die.

Personality: 

     Oliver used to be a gentle soul who would be happy to help if you ask. He used to be quiet but insightful, for his age. 

     However, ever since he has started looping, he has grown cold. He is still quiet, but it is an uncomfortable silence. He has also making jokes when he would usually not make one. He is also more of a jackass to people like saying an entire conversation before someone starts one because he has been through the conversation a dozen times. He is a broken mess and can't sleep at night.

Biography:

     Oliver was born to a family in Wisconsin and basically grew up in a small town. Everyone knew everyone and had a good relationship with his family.

     One day, however, his sister got killed by a car. In that instant, Oliver's abilities activated and backed time just enough so that he was able to stop his sister from getting hit by the car. It was in that moment that he knew that he was a mutant, but the people around him didn't due to the nature of his  ability. 

     In fear of what his family would think and to keep them safe from being harassed, he left home and never returned. He walked and hitched rides half way across the country until he wound up at Professor Xs' school. There, he was accepted into his institutions where he developed his abilities.

     However, one day Apocalypse came and destroyed the X-Men, with him included. Instead of dying though, he found himself looping back to the first day he came to the school. For the next couple of times, he would try to save the school from Apocalypse with no success. 

     He eventually quit the X-Men and joined Magneto's crew in the hope of changing time. It did not do anything and once again he left. 

     This time though, he found himself being picked up by a man wearing a suit and helmet. He brought him to the Outsider's mansion where he met the leader. Oliver told his story and the leader believed him. He gave him a home in the mansion and gave him a new name. Fast Forward.

     Their goal is to figure out how to save the world from Apocalypse before Fast Forward loops again.
