Ch. 15 "Hurt"

                                                Cody POV 

Darkness, that's all I can remember, no that's not right, pain, is what I remember, I got home and Denis was beyond furious, 

I can't describe what all went on, all I know is as soon as I set foot in that door I regretted it, 

Beep, Beep, Beep, 

Did he actually do the decent thing and take me to a hospital, 

My eyelids slowly flutter open, 

The Doctor was checking everything when I was looking at him lazily, I've grown to know this doctor since being in and out of the hospital, 

"Cody, do you feel any pain?" He asked 

I nodded, 

"1 to 10 how bad?" He asked 

"8," I said 

He nodded, 

"I'll give you something for the pain, you've got a few cracked ribs and a fractured tail bone," He said 

"I nodded, 

He left I looked up at the ceiling, 

There was a mirror next to the bed and I grabbed it, and looked at my face full of cuts and bruises, 

My cheek bone was bruised, I had a huge cut on my forehead and a few cuts all over my face, I looked as if I was in a car accident, 

I set the mirror down, then he walked in, 

"Hello Sweetheart," He said smiling at me, 

I looked away from him, the heart monitor started to spike up, 

"Now, Now no need to get excited, I'm not mad anymore," He said smirking 

He sat down next to me, 

I wouldn't look at him, 

"Stop being a brat," He said grabbing my face making me look at him, 

"Sir Visiting hours are over," The nurse said 

"Okay," He said letting go of my face, and walked out, 

That's it I'm done I'm out of here, I quickly picked up the phone, and called Peter, 

"Hello?" He said 

"Peter it's Cody I need you to do me a favor," I said 

"Cody! we've been looking everywhere for you!" He said 

"Just listen to me, I need you to meet me at our spot okay," I said 

"Alright I'll be there soon," He said 

"I might be there a bit late so just wait for me," I said 

"Okay," He said 

with that I hung up, 

I got dressed in the clothes I arrived in, took out the IV and the monitors an got dressed, I looked both ways down the hall no nurses or Doctors, 

I limped out of the hospital, 

Everything hurt, and I mean everything, 

I finally arrived at out spot Peter was already there, 

He turned around seeing my face, 

"Oh my god! Cody!" He said rushing at me, hugging me making me hiss, 

"Sorry," He said 

"Did he do this to you again?" He asked 

I nodded, 

"Peter can I stay with you tonight?" I asked 

"Yeah, aunt May loves it when you come by," He said smiling 

Peter Picked me up and used his webs to take us to his place,
