nini laid back in her bed, staring up at the ceiling as she rubbed her hands over her face
she remembers drinking her feelings away
she remembers arguing with gina over it
she remembers kissing ricky
and then she remembers running off and telling gina and maya that she wanted to go home.
"nini you are so stupid." she mutters, sitting up as she bit her nails nervously
this was definitely not good. nini kissed ricky. when he had a girlfriend. who was maya. her best friend.
nini felt overwhelmed and groaned in frustration, tugging at her hair before letting out a slow deep breath
she felt extremely guilty because she initiated it, and she liked the kiss. she liked it a little too much...
"okay. just talk to him... i'll talk to him, we'll clear it up and forget about it..." she mumbles, grabbing her phone to text ricky

ricky paced around his room and sighed in regret as he rubbed his hands over his face and sat down on the edge of his bed
he heard his phone go off and picked it up

he shook his head towards himself and threw his phone back onto the bed, falling backwards and staring at the ceiling.
he felt guilt, confusion, and another feeling he wasn't quite sure on how to explain.
the kiss with nini was something else. something different. he couldn't stop thinking about it.
it wasn't like whenever he kissed maya; when he kissed nini he had a rush and a feeling he had never felt before.
he couldn't stop thinking of her words: "i like you ricky."
was it true? is that why her and lucas broke up? was he the other boy the song was about?
he let out a small breath and shook his head
the best thing was to just avoid her for now. he couldn't let maya get hurt and he couldn't deal with this right now. not again.
