It was a fine spring day out in the garden. I had lost track of time ages ago as the lack of change made time blur and lose its meaning. Wake up, do chores, take a shower, eat lunch, sit around playing videogames or reading, eat dinner, go to bed. Rinse and repeat. Life was boring but I was content enough. What day is it? Doesn't matter I have nothing planned, no one to hang out with, and nothing better to do.
As night fell I decided to change things up a bit and went out for a nightly walk. It was a peaceful night, the moon was full, the stars out. I could see Orion because it was the only constellation I can easily recognize. I said hello because why not.
Upon returning home I could feel a shift in the air. Something seemed off. Like any protagonist in a horror movie, I grabbed a knife and began to check the house. Something seemed off and I was going to find it. Then everything went white. Everything began to burn and I gripped the knife with all the strength I can manage and when my vision cleared I realized I was laying down in a grassy plains on a bright sunny day. The wind whipped by refreshing and cool. Didn't take me long to notice I wasn't alone.
