Summary- Kakashi and Sakura work together to get Naruto and Sasuke together. (This takes place after the Chunin Exams)

"I-I'll help you, but it doesn't mean I like this" Sakura pouted. The thought of Sasuke with someone else hurt less than she thought it would. In fact, she slightly shipped it. Then again. She didn't want to admit it, especially to Ino, in case the blonde thought she won.
Even though she still had a puppy crush on Sasuke, it was pretty obvious both her teammates had a crush on each other. Who would interfere with something as cute as that?
"I'm suprised you aren't cussing out Naruto by now" Kakashi muttered, his face stuffed in the orange porn book.
"I heard that Kaka-Sensei" The Genin retorted, annoyed at the fact Kakashi had gone right back to his indecent books.
"Kaka-Sensei..." Kakashi pouted under the mask, turning his heels to walk away.
"Hey! Aren't we gonna finish the plan!" Sakura started running after her Sensei.

"So...uh Naruto" Sakura started, fidgeting in her stance.
"Yeah, Sakura-Chan? I have training to finish if it's not super important" Naruto gave her a grin, stopping his movements. The pair stood at their normal training ground.
"Me and Sensei were planning to all have a picnic together tonight, at like 6, is that okay with you?" She asked politely, pleading he said yes.
"Hm..sure 'ttebayo!" Naruto replied with a sheepish smile. Sakura smiled at her teammates verbal tick, which was honestly really cute.
"Well great, gotta go see if Sasuke wants to! Cya tonight Naruto" Sakura ran off giggling while Naruto went back to his training. Being the oblivious idiot he is (I mean he didn't even know Hinata stalked him most their childhood lmao) He didn't notice the loss of -kun, which would normally bring up questions.
On her way back, Sakura went into the Yamanaka's Flower shop, looking for something to give their picnic a romantic vibe.
"Hey Billboard Brow, looking for something to impress Sasuke-kun?" Ino taunted, she was standing behind the register with an apron on.
"Nope! My team is having a picnic..." Sakura replied, forcing herself to not tell Ino the plan. She looked around he shop, looking at the different types of roses and tulips.
"...And your getting flowers for Sasuke-kun?" The blonde asked in a confused manner. Sakura sighed out in annoyance, shaking her head.
"Then what are you doing with Red roses?" Ino asked.
"For...something" The pinkette said with a smile.

In another part of the large Village, Kakashi was trailing an annoyed Sasuke.
"Can't you just leave me alone Kakashi?!" Sasuke shouted, ignoring the stares he got from Villagers Passing along.
"It's a mandatory team meeting" Kakashi gave the raven an eye smile, which was responded to with a glare.
'Just say yes, you annoying brat' The ex-anbu forced himself to eye smile.
"Hn...Fine, just leave me alone!" And with that Sasuke stormed off, muttering emo shit under his breath.
"Now all I need is to buy some picnic food..."

Sakura and Kakashi were at a hill above the Village setting up the picnic. They had a large blanket, the food, and a lantern for when it got dark.
"This better work! I have like no other ideas" Sakura whined. She started to take a few dango out from a container and place them on everyone's plates.
"I have a few more if this doesn't work...but I'll try my best" Kakashi smirked under the mask. He knew what he was gonna do, it may be a little forceful, but not that bad.
"Heyyy! Sensei! Sakura-Chan!" Naruto ran up the hill, his orange jumpsuit had a bit of dirt from his training.
"Jeez Naruto, did you even take a shower after training?" Sakura asked in an annoyed tone.
"Haha...yeah, my jumpsuit was dirty though" Naruto gave them a sheepish smile.
"OHHH IS THAT RAMEN?" His mood changed easily, looking down on the blanket.
"Yep! Cmon sit down" Sakura patted the spot next to her. The blond happily sat down, the ramen bowl being placed infront of him. Moments later Sasuke appeared and quietly sat down across from his teammates. On the other hand Kakashi was leaning against a tree a few feet away, nose in his book.
Sasuke quietly ate his onigiri and a few dango, while Sakura ate mochi and Naruto inhaled the ramen.
"Look how pretty the Sunset is!" Sakura exclaimed. Both the boys turned where they would see the Hokage mountain, behind that was the setting sun. The sky was a mixture of pink, orange, and red, a bit of dark blue taking over behind them.
"Oh my! Look at the time, I have a Jonin meeting in a few, bye!" Kakashi Shunshined away in a puff of smoke, leaving the three Genin alone.
"I- uh gotta go to the bathroom, I'll be back in like 10 minutes" Sakura lied, running off. She rounded the corner, meeting Kakashi behind a tree, which gave them a clear view of the backs of the pair.
"Just kiss so I can go home" Sakura mumbled, gritting her teeth.
If you looked close enough, you could see a blush on both of the boys cheeks, as they sat in a comfortable silence. It got darker, fireflies gathered by the lit lantern.
"What is this youthful training session?" They heard a whisper from behind them. Kakashi and Sakura turned, Gai and Lee were behind them peering from the tree.
"Gai? What are you two doing here?" Kakashi whispered back, forgetting about watching the two boys, who had started a conversation.
"Are they on a date? How youthful" Lee cheered a little too loud, but was shut up by Sakura's hand on his mouth.
"Sort of" Sakura informed, letting her hand fall to her side.
"They would make a very nice couple" Gai smiled brightly as he peered at them from behind Kakashi. Everyone's attention turned back to the pair.
"Sasuke is laughing...Hehe" Sakura quietly giggled.
The boys were engaged in a happy conversation. They had moved closer so they now sat next to each other. Naruto was being his happy self, ranting random things to Sasuke, who had a smile on his face.
"There they are!" A voice was heard from behind the four spectators. They all turned around to the new arrivals, placing a finger to their lips. Ino and Shikamaru both looked confused as all hell.
"We are watching a youthful date between to of our own Genin" Gai informed the two quietly.
"What a drag..." Shikamaru mumbled.
"Date? Between who" Ino smirked, walking closer to Sakura so she would look around the tree. The moment she saw the pair she gasped, which was muffled by Sakura's hand.
"Don't interfere" Sakura whispered. Ino nodded as the hand was taken away.
"Uh...guys?" Everyone looked back to Lee, who had started talking. He pointed to the direction of Naruto and Sasuke. The eyes trailed back to the boys, the moment Naruto placed a peck on Sasuke's cheek.
"Ee-mhm!" This time Sakura muffled her own squeal. Both boys were flushed a bright red as they stared at each other.
"This isn't very surprising" Shikamaru sighed, he turned back around and started walking away.
"I guess we can leave them alone now" Kakashi informed the group.
"But! what if they start having sex?" Ino asked in a dead-serious tone.
"Seeing the way they both reacted to a kiss, I doubt they could go as far as touching without screaming or something" Sakura giggled, she took Ino and Rock Lee's arms, pulling the both of them away from the area, Kakashi and Gai following in an odd conversation.
"You saw them, right?" Sasuke asked a blushing Naruto.
"Yep" Naruto placed a hand on his mouth, screaming into it. Sasuke started to laugh, a happy, genuine laugh.
"So cute..." Naruto mumbled while staring at the boy. They both tensed, blushing more than they did the kiss. Both looked away, the blush never ceasing.
