Sebastian POV ~
The carpets stain crimson. The walls are splashed with dark red streaks, splattered up along the ceilings. Now dripping lightly against the floor, making soft patters ring through the silence that has fallen upon this room of death. How could this happen? Things weren't supposed to be like this. It shouldn't have been this bloody. The screams of tens upon tens of lost angels and their victims have been put to rest through the claws of my young master. Im happy I got to him in time, if I hadn't...... I can't imagine.
This altar we stand in, forsaken. Cursed and broken, now houses lost spirits; I can feel them surround me and the young master, my Lord. He lay in my arms, limp, almost lifeless. He shall be fine briefly, but this war we have endured has worn him down, wiped him bare in exhaustion. His eyes are closed as he rests, his face clear of any struggle beyond the smears and drops of blood painting across his feature. His once sophisticated blue attire is now a lushes mixture of red prints on a dark canvas and tears that reveal bare pale skin and light pink penetrations. I can see them diminishing with every short step I take, his breathing becoming more stable, picking up speed slowly. He began to stir...
I know when he wakes up what must be done, I know he must leave. It must happen once in every demons life, to leave what he knows best. To go search for what he needs, what he craves, and what he thirst for............the perfect soul. The soul that can calm his hunger for as long as he desires not to hunger. He may never go back to where his loved ones are residing, he may be searching forever.
He may never see his daughter again.
Master opened his eyes silently, if I wasn't his demon butler I wouldn't've noticed. He slowly glanced around the room, slowly registering past events; taking in the scene that succumb us. The dark hall I walk down has brought back the pain he just suffered against and won. He won the war.
"Sebastian..." Ciel spoke in a monotone voice as he stared at me.
"Yes my lord?"
"Is it time....?"
"Indeed." I looked down at my young master once again and saw he was still gazing at me. I finally pushed past the double cherry doors and heard them slam shut behind me. Cold. Damp. Moist. Foggy and haunted. Unheard of was the surrounding we emerged into once out of the chapel. I placed my young master on his feet.
"Sebastian.... You must promise me, you will watch over my daughter and never let her get hurt. She will never be injured under your care and you will not leave her side. She is your new "life" and your new "master." You do NOT sign a contract with her unless absolutely necessary. And you mustn't allow her to know of this... Of ANY of this........That is an ORDER." Ceil's voice was tinged with worry and pain as he gave me my orders and it seemed like keeping his wall up high was proofing to be quit difficult.
"Yes, my lord," I concluded our discussion with a short bow and a hand to my chest. I could feel his gaze soften with a small nod of approval. The quick thumping of feet hit the ground and swiftly moved in a direction which was not of mine and began to fade quickly. I fixed my posture and watched my Lord's figure becoming smaller until it was merely but a speck of tinged blue in the distance set upon a hazy grey surrounding.
I made my run towards the manor to set everything straight and prepare a lovely dinner for the young master's daughter.....And to spread the solemn news of young masters departure to the servants.
.."I will see you soon young mistress..~"
