After talking to a wrestler who has been caught doing drugs, Owen found a way to to prank JR.
They had something like a routine where they talked with each other whenever they met.
One day Owen took a bunch of pudered sugar and rubbed it all over his nose. Then he went to JR.
Too bad for Owen, he had no real clue what the affects of cocaine are and acted like he was drunk rather than high.
JR quickly notized that Owen was ribbing him. Owen's goal was to make JR say "oh no, not another one".
