"reki.. still isn't showing up today." miya said as both shadow rode over to him on their boards. "i'm gonna go make sure of things for myself after all."
"stop it." shadow said to miya.
"i'm sure some happened with him and langa!"
"if so, the two need to figure it out themselves or it's meaningless." mizuki said, shadow nodding his head agreeing with her.
"i know that but-" miya was cut off by shadow
"besides, i personally have my life on the line here." shadow said, confusing the two
"i'm.. i'm gonna win." he said proudly.
turning around, mizuki gave a confused look "what's that?" she asked, pointing to the projected screen.
"i have no clue- adamant definitely has something to do with it." shadow said as miya then trailed his eyes to langa
"langa is here.. no reki though," he said, making both shadow and mizuki look his way.
when mizuki looked over she saw him talking to joe. remembering what happened around an hour prior, she began to blush and turned around to go get a drink until she saw cherry blossom right behind who gave her a certain look.
as soon as cherry was about to ask mizuki something, the lights turned off and a light under the projector turned on where adam suddenly appeared. "all you fools who love skateboarding!" he shouted "as of now, i would love to determine the one human who loves skateboarding the most! and is loved by the gods of skateboarding!" he finished as he clapped which the projector suddenly showed a large screen of the names of the people who made it through the day before.
cheers erupted as adam talked in a booming voice "who do you all think will win?!" he screamed as people began to shout.
"of course you adam!"
"lord cherry!"

"snow will definitely win!"

a black box then appeared in front of adam. "well now, let's get on with it!" he said. "the first challenger... shadow." he spoke, flipping the card he took out of the box. "..and moon!"
