Ignition Ability: Pyrokinetic Absorption- The ability to absorb fire and utilize it in some way.
Uses
Fire Assimilation Shield - A shield that can absorb Fire to protect her from any incoming attacks and release them later. May have a limit on what the shield can absorb.
Fire Breath - Able to generate and manipulate fire within her in a way that allows her to shape the exhaling of the effect. Unless she has resistance, she risks harming herself.
Fire Beam Emission - Release beams of fire.
Fire Blast - Release fire over a specific target area. Generally unrefined and in-discriminating.
Fire Infusion - Empower and energize anything touched or used with fire. Oxygen is needed as a comburent.
Fire Cutting - Use fire to cut opponents.
Flaming Surface - Cause surfaces to emit flames. The size of the area and the height of the flames depends on how powerful she is.
Hand Blasts - Discharge fire from hands. Useless if she can't use her hands.
Healing Fire - The ability to heal oneself and others by using flames. It is weak against opponents who can nullify fire-based abilities.
Pyroportation - Teleport via fire, merging into a flame of any size and appearing anywhere else. Lack of flame source may render power unusable.

Backstory
Shina Kusakabe is Shinra's twin sister and Shou's older sister.
She and Shinra were separated after what happened to their childhood home and mother.
Shina was sent to live with an engineering family in a scrapyard.
She didn't come into her Ignition Ability until she was 10-years-old.
Shina was scared of it a first but soon came to love her ability after learning how to control it.
She also became close to Vulcan after years of living with him and his family.
Shina and Vulcan started dating a year after his father and grandfather's death, and now 17 and 18 they are inseparable.
She can to distrust the Fire Force along with him and was surprised when she saw her brother Shinra with them.
Vulcan and Shina join after the attack on the scrapyard, and she couldn't be happier to know both her brothers are alive.
They hide their relationship from everyone till Shinra was hurt and in the hospital.
