A/N: What if Bill assumed he covered up Vinny's death when Liam accidentally hit Vinny Walker. What if someone was watching.

Quinn wasstressed when Eric decided he wanted a divorce after all hershenanigans. He told her he was just too old to deal with herschemes.

Quinn took adrive along Bel Air when she saw Liam and Bill along the same stretchof road and witnessed Bill's car hit something. After pulling off tothe side of the road unseen, Quinn watched as Bill and Liam got outof the car to see what or who they hit.

Liam gasped as herealized it was Vinny, Thomas' pal who altered the paternity test tomake it look as if Liam was the father.

After Liam passedout, Quinn witnessed Bill carry a passed-out Liam to the passengerseat of his car and drive off. Then she decided to follow Bill whenhe got in the driver's seat and drive off leaving the scene of theaccident, or was it, crime?

Quinn witnessedBill toss Vinny's ID and cell phone into the river and drive off withLiam with no one the wiser, except that Bill had no idea that Quinnwas watching.

Quinn decided itmight be in her best interest to use this to blackmail Bill intohelping her win Eric back.

And, the nextday, that's exactly what Quinn did!

Bill was takenaback when Quinn marched into his office at Spencer Publications withthe the video capturing everything he did the night before...
