I'm not gonna have many trigger warnings because I set a warning at the beginning, only for like severe stuff. Nothing is outwardly said but things are implied.

Also, I do this a lot in my writing, for the line (and ones like it, like format wise) when it says How could she be so stupid?

I'm not calling Molly stupid!!! It's what she's thinking but it's written in a different format.

Btw, Molly names Tom's blood type, I have no idea if that's accurate, I hope not because I don't want anyone thinking I'm stalking him that much, I just came up with it! So pleas don't go DMing him saying this random wattpad writer knows your blood type🤣

He looks like a B-, so he's a B- in this book🤣

Yes, people look like blood types now🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Molly opens the front door of her Brooklyn home. Tom softly smiles as he walks inside to a bouquet of flowers on the table and a banner that says Welcome Home.

"Thank you, darling." he says and grabs her hand. "You didn't have to do this for me. It's too much."

"Of course I did." Molly smiles. "You're finally home. What do you want for dinner tonight? I can get you whatever you want or make something. We can do both too. Like we can order pizza if you want and then I'll make you those garlic brussel sprouts you lose. We can even do a few different entrees from a few different places. Whatever you want, baby."

"Mols, thank you but it's fine. There's nothing special about today. Get whatever you want for dinner."

"Don't you dare say that. If course there's something special about today. You're home, baby. You're finally home and I'm so sorry to have you back."

"I'm sorry about putting you through all of this, darling." Tom says.

"Don't you ever apologize to me again." Molly snaps. "Ever. You did nothing wrong, do you hear me? You're the one who needs an apology. You asked me to go to the store with you and I didn't. If I would've gone with you-"

"If you went with me, Molly, it wouldn't have changed anything. Honestly, it'd be worse. Something bad would've happened to you and I'm so grateful you were at home."

"No, but maybe if I were there, they would've have done it."

"Mols, people have an agenda. It would've happened anyway and you being there would've only put you in danger, which is the last thing I want. I'm fine, really."

"Thomas-"

"Molly, we talked about this already. I'm perfectly fine. It's not a big deal."

"That's a lie and you know it. I can't imagine-"

"It wasn't that bad. You weren't there so it was fine. That was what I was worried about, you. You were all I thought about and when I found out you were fine, I was fine."

"How can that be the only thing you thought about? After everything-"

"It was four days, okay? It's not like it was a month, or a week, it was five days. Honestly, the hospital visit was what took so damn long. That was uncalled for."

"They have things they have to do, it's not uncalled for."

"The first two days were needed, after that was too much. You'd think they know I just wanted to go home."

"They knew." Molly says. "But they have a long list of procedures to follow when something like this happens. This isn't an everyday thing."

"I know that but I could've dealt with the court at home. There was no reason to keep me a week."
