This is an Among Us crossover, and there will be blood and death. You have been warned.

Dread filled Tango's mind as the sound of the emergency meeting alarm filled his ears. No, no, no...please...please no one else be dead... He thought they'd gotten the Imposter out when they voted off Grian! If this was another dead body report...

No, calm down. It can't be. Maybe...maybe someone just needs something.

Tango tried to make himself believe that as he hurried to the cafeteria. He did a quick headcount when he got there, and to his relief, everyone was there.

So what was this meeting for...?

"Impulse? What's this about? Everyone seems okay..." Scar said, voicing Tango's thoughts.

"Grian wasn't the Imposter. Or, if he was, there's another one," Impulse responded.

There was stunned silence for a moment. Another Imposter...? No...we've had enough death! Tango thought.

"How do you know this?" Tango asked.

"The wires are being broken again, doors are closing randomly, and the comms were down earlier," Impulse listed. "It's only a matter of time before someone else dies too. We need to find the Imposter, now."

"All that happens naturally on this hunk of junk ship," Beef muttered. "How do you know it isn't the ship acting up?"

"I don't know...something feels off," Impulse sighed. "The wires looked like they'd been cut, not snapped, for one."

"Assuming there is actually another Imposter...how do we find them? We have no evidence against anyone," Scar pointed out. "Do we?"

"Well...I do have this: everything was broken after Tango left the area..."

"Are you suggesting it's me?" Tango demanded, furious. All he'd been doing was give his all for the team, and Impulse was accusing him?

"Unless someone was with you-"

"I can vouch for Tango." Etho's calm voice cut Impulse off. "I was with him a lot today, and I watched him fix everything. Nothing was broken when he left."

That...wasn't entirely true. Yes, Etho and Tango had been together a couple times today and Tango might have done a task or two in front of Etho. But he hadn't been with him a lot...

Did Etho just...lie? To protect me?

The thought made Tango blush slightly, and at the same time made him a little worried. What if Impulse found out that Etho was lying? Impulse would accuse Etho of being the Imposter...

"Tango? Is this true?" Scar asked.

Against his instincts to tell the truth, Tango put on a confident face and nodded.

Impulse sighed. "Well...I don't know then."

"I guess that's it for now. We need to get back to work," Scar said.

Everyone agreed and turned away to return to their tasks. Tango caught Impulse's eye, and he looked annoyed. A suspicion popped into Tango's mind. What if it's Impulse?

Everything fit. Impulse was always the one accusing people. Impulse was the main reason they voted Grian off. Impulse was the one who was always 'fixing' things like wires, doors, and comms.

"Hey, Tango."

Tango felt his cheeks heat up at Etho's voice. Oh God...

"Hey, Etho," Tango said, managing a grin. "Thanks for defending me there..."
