Y/N was scared of dogs ever sense a dog bit y/n when they were a lot younger
whenever y/n saw a dog a fear would boil up inside of y/n, their breathing would become much heavier and they would sweat more

ranboo and y/n were currently taking a walk downtown.
"woah, look at that y/n!" ranboo pointed at a sculpture that was painted grey and red
ranboo took a quick picture and continued walking along the sidewalks. ranboos eyes fastly looked over at the dog across the street
the dog wasn't on a collar, no one was around it. he noticed that the dog kept starting and moving his head to the side at y/n's shoes
the dogs pink tongue was hanging out of its mouth, drool constantly leaving its mouth.
ranboo remember he had a water bottle with him
"i know you don't like dogs but i'm gonna go give this dog my water. it looks hot" ranboo said walking into a store to buy a bowl
"do i have to come with you?" y/n asked thinking about very negative things "i mean you don't have to but i'd like you to" ranboo said grabbing a bowl
y/n just stayed quiet, "thank you! have a nice day!" ranboo said taking his receipt from the person who helped him
ranboo took the bag and at the corner of his eye he saw y/n play with their hands in a nervous response
he let out a sigh and left the store, "you don't need to come with" he said noticing y/n become extremely nervous about the dog
y/n shook their head "no it's okay. i'll umm i'll come with"
ranboo nodded and walked across the street to where the dog was. the dog got up and it's tailed started to move
as ranboo squatted down y/n made sure to stay behind him
"where's your owner?" ranboo said in the 'baby' voice taking the bowl out of the bag
he placed the bowl a little bit infront of the dog and poured the water in the bowl
"excuse me? where's the directions to "masks, the music shop"?" a women asked kindly to y/n
y/n turned and walked a little bit pointing to where it was, "just cross the street and when you pass the pizza place called "pizza 50" it will be right next to it!" y/n said smiling
the dog stared at y/n's shoes after drinking some of the water
"ranboo?" y/n said "yea" he replied petting the dog "im going to go look at this shop right over there okay?" y/n said looking the dog then at ranboo "alright! have fun" ranboo spoke
as y/n started walking away the dog got up. y/n was maybe a 15ft away and the dog ran after y/n
"y/n!" ranboo yelled, y/n looked behind themselves to see the dog running after them
they froze up (this you 🧍♀️) the dog started circling y/n which made their breathing heavy and their heart beat a lot faster. ranboo ran over to y/n and tried to calm the dog down
"it's your shoes" ranboo said "he likes the laces on them" ranboo said noticing the dogs area and how he sniffed the laces not the base of the shoes
"pet him. he's not gonna hurt you" ranboo said patting the dogs head, y/n slowly put her hand on his back and moved it downwards
"see he's nice"
