1| Baby number four

Meredith's POV
I woke up in Derek's arms and he was still sleeping
I felt something in my stomach and ran to the bathroom and threw up I guess I woke Derek up because he was behind me holding my hair and rubbing my back saying soothing words

I finished throwing up I sat up with tears in my eyes Derek looked into them and frowned he sat down and held me in his lap and rubbed my back and kissed my head multiple times.

We eventually got up and got showered and dressed Derek went to go make the kids breakfast cause I don't know how to cook

Derek's POV
I was making breakfast when I heard little footsteps and somebody hugging my legs I turned my head and looked and it was Ellis still in her pyjamas I had finished cooking so I picked her up she was still tired so she didn't say anything and put her head in the crook of my neck and closed her eyes

I put the breakfast down woke up Zola and Bailey they came and ate I brought mer's breakfast to her in bed since she still felt sick I sat down at the table and ate my breakfast and fed Ellis hers while she was sitting in my lap with her head on my chest.

When we finished the older kids got ready for school and the bus picked them up I was cleaning up the table and I was still holding Ellis and she said "I want mama" so I took her to mine and Meredith's room and handed her to mer she got under the covers and curled up into to Meredith's side and they watched tv.

I went into my office and started doing my work until I felt somebody rubbing my shoulders I turned around and it was Meredith I lead her onto my lap and asked her what she was doing out of bed

"Ellis fell asleep and I wanted to see you"

"You wanted to see me or you wanted sex?"

"Both" she smiled

So gave her what she wanted

Once we finished she went to check on Ellis

Meredith POV
I went and checked on Ellis she was still sleeping in the same spot where I was sitting bc it was warm so I decided to go outside and do some gardening since there was nothing else to do in the world since I had to take maternity leave bc I'm 9 months pregnant witch makes it impossible to do anything including sitting so I did that and once I finished I went and slept by Ellis

Derek's POV
Meredith felt me in only grey sweatpants I heard little footsteps until somebody crawled into my lap and once again it was Ellis

"Hey sweetie where's mommy

"She's sleeping again"

"Ok, are you still tired?"

She didn't say anything except nod her head yes
She rested her head on my chest and fell back asleep while I worked

*3 hours later*
Meredith's POV
The older kids were home from school Derek was making supper while I and Ellis watched tv in the living room I got up to pee and when I came pack I was leaning on the counter until Bailey said "mommy there's water by you're feet" Derek looked at me then at my feet and I said mumbled "shit they're coming now!.............
