Have you ever harbored a grudge against someone to the point where you felt compelled to release your rage on them? There are a lot of people in this unpleasant world that have that same feeling, that sense of misery and disgust when they merely hear the person's name. When you're standing around them or have to talk to them, you get a bad feeling. The sensation you get when they enter into a room and make you want to flee. It's the sensation of getting cold and feeling your face wrinkle up as if someone close to you stabbed you and you want vengeance.

Anger issues can be harmful to both you and others. Uncontrollable rage frequently results in fights, arguments, or physical abuse, but it primarily affects us, our health, and those around us. Anger has the first major effect on you. Indeed, unresolved problems of anger can lead to anxiety or depression, which can have destructive consequences for you. For example, if you are angry and decide to keep your problems to yourself, your relationships with others may suffer. Sharing problems is critical; otherwise, you will be depressed or enraged and will refuse to speak to your family friends or family about it.

People around you will often interpret it negatively, believing that you do not trust them or that you are concealing something from them. Anger control problems will also make you feel bad and negative about yourself. It causes you to feel empty and makes you feel you have no reason to remain alive
