So since my shifting break is over (finally i-)

MOVING ON
I'm super excited, so I thought I'd share another method with you humans :D
This method is the Alice in Wonderland method, and here's what your gonna do:
-Lay down on your back and do some breath work/deep breathing, for at least 5 minutes
-Start off with some affirmations, and feel your body relax fully. Sink into the surface your shifting on.
-Imagine yourself in a field, sitting under a tree. What kind of tree is it? What does the field look like? Visualize this.
-See someone from your DR, and see them motioning for you, and them beginning to run away.
-Your gonna follow them and their gonna jump down into a rabbit hole, like in Alice in Wonderland.
-Your going to follow them down. Visualize yourself jumping, and the fall all the way down however long that takes you.
-If you feel like your falling, lean into that feeling. Embrace it.
-When your ready, your going to land on the ground however you'd like.
-Your DR character is going to take your hand and lead you to a door. Visualize this door. It can look however you want it to.
-They are going to ask you, "are you ready?"
-If you are, say yes. Take their hand, and open the door with them. Feel their hand on yours, and feel the door. What does their hand feel like? Is it comforting? Warm? Cold?
-Once the door opens, see your DR self laying in your DR bedroom, or wherever your going to wake up. Visualize the room, and your DR self laying there.
-Now, visualize (I keep fucking saying that i-) your consciousness and your soul pouring into your DR self. You may actually feel this as well, and again embrace the feeling.
-Once you feel your done with that part, you are now your DR self. Your consciousness is in your DR self.
-Fall asleep, or you don't have to. Say the affirmations in your head, and wake up in your DR or feel your surroundings change.
Now listen closely, you all.
Just because you haven't shifted yet, doesn't mean your not ever going to. It's the universe way of motivating you. Imagine how happy and excited you'll be when you get there for the first time! I've been trying to shift for 6 months now, so trust me I've wanted to give up.
I actually did give up on my Hogwarts DR, just for a bit. I didn't feel connected to it at the moment. That happens sometimes too. And that's completely okay. I know that my friends are still there, and I love and miss them, but I just felt like I'm not supposed to be in that DR at that time. I felt like I'm supposed to be in my Marvel one :)
If that's what you feel like, don't freak out! We can become more connected to a specific DR, and it can change as well! I personally think that means that's the one you need to focus on, and put your shifting time into.
