Chapter 32: What if The World was Cuter?

The sun rises and Dot stretches. "Mmm.. Good morning world!" She walks out to the balcony of the tower only to see the place in smog, and she coughed, going back inside. "Gross." "Can you guys can it? Me and Yakko are pretending to listen to the news like adults." Carrie tells Dot and sat back, chugging down her third water bottle. Wakko pulled open his pouch and poured the rest of the cereal that was in the box in there and began using a straw. "Wakko. Stop that! That's nasty." Carrie crossed her arms. Lauren watched him pour the cereal while holding a disgusting pigeon in her hands. "Wait. I didn't see you pour any milk in there.. WHAT IS THAT?!"

Dot threw her hands into the air and yelled "AAH!! I can't take it! Emergency measures, stat!" Dot used her mallet and broke the emergency compartment for herself and pulled out the cute cupcake that was in her hand. "Oh phew. My little safe haven from all things ugly in the world." Yakko gets up from his seat. "Dot, are you okay?" He asked her while she was cuddling the cupcake. "Oh yes, now that I have my little cuteness here with me." Then the cupcake turned her into a cute little chibi toon. "Oh.. my.. goodness! This cupcake has special powers!!" Dot cheers and Carrie lets her hair out from it's curlers. "Well Dot, with great powers like that comes- aaaawawawawawawa!" Before she could finish, Dot had already turned Carrie into a cute person like herself, then she smirks and turned to Yakko and Lauren who were backing away.

"Aunt Dot, you don't have to do this. You don't have to make EVERYTHING cute!" Lauren warns her. "Yes! Yes I do!" Dot began to get another beam ready. "No! Me and Lauren are the ones that yak!" Yakko held onto Lauren as they both said. "WE HAVE RANKISH CHARMS ABOUT US!!" "Don't fight it.." She uses her eye powers and turns the both of them into cute little cartoons. And then after working her magic on Wakko, Carrie looks at herself in the mirror. "You know, once you get past the whole nauseating aspect of this, this isn't that bad." Dot gave a huge grin and hugged her. "That's the spirit. Now let's put these peepers to good use." She spins around as the whole tower and the areas surrounding it became a lot more cuter. Then an upbeat song began to play as Dot began to sing a song.

"If this trash heap had a twinkle in it's little trash heap eyes, If this sewer rat had rosy cheeks; this bus became pint sized. What if all the dogs were puppies, and the puppies were all sad? What if cuttlefish were cuddly and we pedicured your dad?" Dot then took a peep into the tower to see the pigeon and the others followed along. "What if you could kiss a pigeon?" Carrie deadpans by saying "Without contracting Lyme disease." Dot continued to turn certain things a lot more cuter. "All the chairs were beanbags made of soft, delicious cheese. If this moldy bread had a smile?" Lauren chimed in with "That was 50 shades of green!" and all the girls come together and then sang "What if this pirate stopped frowning? 'Cause his head was a jellybean!"

"What if, what if, what if, the world was cuter? What if, what if, what if- A little more kawaii! What if, what if, what if we all rode scooters. And we'd all have our chance to shine!" Dot threw some confetti into the air and continued the song. "What if this red-faced man looked happy? And this one's rancor looked more refined? What if Tuck Buck was your true love, So sweet and valentined?" (So sweet and valentined) Carrie picked up Yakko in her arms and gave him some sweet and soft cuddles. "What if old shoes were more bouncy?" "Yeah, and they still had their squeak! Naked mole rats wore a sweater, And grizzly bears were meek!" Lauren cheered while wearing a cheerleading outfit, then Dot began to do a small little dance. "We'll dress up this suit of armor In a stone-washed denim skirt. Turn the Nile into a babbling brook, And make Niagra a little squirt!"

The family began to dance together and sang all together. "What if, what if, what if. The world was cuter? What if, what if, what if- A little more kawaii! What if, what if, what if? We all rode scooters? And we'd all have our chance to shine!" Dot uses her powers and made a little bubble around them all and got them to float back to the tower. The tower let them inside. But little did one know the ensuing chaos that was going to come..

(Four weeks later)

Everything was still cute! It was becoming too much. Yakko, Wakko and Dot were rocking back and forth against the wall, a crazed look in their cute stage. "It's been 4 weeks, we can't stop singing, and we've slowly gone insane!" Dot twirled her fingers around in circles as Wakko picked out a gumdrop from in his head. "There's a gumdrop wrapped in rainbows Where there used to be my brain." Sugar began to pour out like crazy from Yakko's eyes, like he was crying. "We have to end this nightmare, I have sugar in my eyes!" Carrie and Lauren made another mark on the wall from how long they were staying like that as they both sang together "Please make it stop! We can't endure another cute reprise!!"

The family then turned to the pigeon and began to corner it. "What if, what if, what if- The pigeon is the answer? What if, what if, what if, We held it close! What if, what if, what if- We turned it all back! What if, what if, what if, By doing something gross?" Evil faces appeared all over them as Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Lauren licked the pigeon. Carrie was a bit hesitant. "Come on Carrie, just one? I'll get you a big bucket of cookies and cream ice cream-" Carrie takes the pigeon from her hands and bit off it's beak, crunching it. Everyone just stared at her in shock as the tower started vomiting everywhere, the whole world turning back to normal.

"Whew. Thank god that nightmare is over." Lauren gave a breath of relief as Carrie was curled into a ball, holding her stomach. "Worth it.. About that offer Dot.." "Right, right." She went out of the tower and to the store. "Gee. Daniel sure wasn't kidding about Carrie's strength." Wakko was still surprised that she bit off it's beak. "Remind me to never get her an exotic bird for a pet.." Yakko whispered as he aided to Carrie's sick self.
