"Um, no thanks." Kaito had never really felt Shuichi's baby bump sense they had started kicking, and was honestly quite awkward and shy about it.

"Jeez Kaito, why are you so weird about touching Shuichi's tummy, hmm?" Kokichi asked teasingly, most likely trying to break the painfully awkward atmosphere. "

Shut up." He mumbled.

"Just feel it, Kaito." He looks away. "Watch, it's this easy." Shuichi just sat there and watched as Kokichi grabbed Kaito by the wrist and puts his hand on Saihara's stomach, he was quick to retract his hand.

"What's your problem? Why you so scared?"

"It's nothing... it's just kinda, weird..."

"What do you mean?" Shuichi finally spoke.

"The thought of a human being inside of you, just moving around and stuff just kinda freaks me out, ya know?"

"Is that really it?" Kokichi asked. "God that's boring. "

"Is it like a phobia or...?" They both ignored Kokichi.

"I dunno, it's just kinda weird." He scratches the back of his neck. "D-do you at least wanna try feeling it?"

"Well, I mean sure, I guess." Shuichi takes Kaito's hand and guides it to where the kicking was coming from.

"W-wow." He felt small kicks under his palm, he would be lying if he said it wasn't kinda cool.

"I told you it wasn't that bad." Kokichi smiles.

"I-I guess." "Ha! I got Kaito to agree with me!" He smiles brighter.

"Only once."

"We'll see about that, I'll probably be teaching you how to parent properly."

"I doubt that." If Shuichi could be sure about anything it was that Kokichi and Kaito were gonna be the best dads this kid could ever get.
