I open the door and saw Katy stood up with a wheelchair in front of her. There is a slight shade of redness in her eyes due to intensive crying a while ago. Her trembling hands were vivid. I gingerly sat on the wheelchair and then she starts pushing it.

The corpses of the five men were tossed beside and under the bed. The bloods that were spilled on the floor were mopped up. Good thing the gun I used had a silencer and the rooms near us were currently unoccupied. Nobody went in our room to check what noises are about. Certainly, it will take hours to discover the dead bodies and the missing patient and the last nurse assigned in that room.

"Slow down." I ordered Katy. Our velocity began to slow. We were on the side of the hallway as group of nurse men were about to approach pass us. I acted as an ill patient as they got nearer.

Backups...

They sent bunch of backups in the freaking hospital to freaking make sure everything. Typical, Mafia's freaking works. Woah. I put a lot of freaking word in here.

Nevertheless, I gave a last peek at them when we were about to turn. I'm right. All of them stop in my assigned room. They haven't entered yet. For sure, they will soon know their target was missing.

As we maneuvered to the left, one of them looked at us. Everyone else then follow his gaze. I lazily raised my middle finger at them before we fully turn, just to mock those bastards. When I can't see them wholly, I ordered Katy to run.

"Bakit kailangang tumakbo? Baka mas lalong mapansin tayo?" She asked me worriedly.

"Just fucking run! They brought backups!" I snapped in a whisper yell. My patience is really short in this kind of situations.

Wait, no. Actually, my patience is mostly short in any kind of situations.

Katy did run until we reach the nearest fire exit. Luckily, only an old patient hag was within our sight. I stood up and left the wheelchair at its place. Swiftly, we went out the building. I changed my outfit by removing the hospital dress and flung it on the side. Under that stupid hospital dress is Katy's extra shirt and pants which I ordered her to bring before the wheelchair. The gun was safely intact in the pants. Well, it's kinda uncomfortable because of the silencer. But nonetheless, I don't have a choice.

The guard saw us but because he's clueless, we leaved the hospital's premises easily and effortlessly.

The beautiful sun is setting down. The reddish orange color covered half of the sky. The cold wind blew but I act as didn't felt it. We are both just walking in silence. I'm leading the way between us. Although I can't see her, I know she's following me.

Night fully came but we are still walking in no-one-knows direction. When I felt starving, I entered the nearest store. We both ate silently. The expenses were paid by her. When we're done, we went out. Then, continue walking again. She is not still talking and so did I.
