After her father showed up and was filled in on the events, including the note Rose's mother left for her, we all headed outside to look for Rose. There were three teams, each with one of my roommates with us. I was paired with my cousins, Rose's father, and Daniel and we searched the whole western lot of the school borders. As we were searching, I was worried if we were going to be to late to get to Rose. I looked in every tree, under every ledge, in every bush, everywhere that I thought she might be. After about three hours of each team searching, we met back up in the field where the guys and I usually play football. "Dan did you find anything?" "Not a thing John. What about you guys?" "We got nothing. Mr. Solaris, did you guys find anything." "You can call me Darren, I'm not one for formalities. But no, we didn't find anything either." As they all discussed what to do next, My roommates came over to me to talk. "Alex, are you alright?" "Man, I've never seen you move so fast when we told you she was missing." "Come on Alex, you know we are all like brothers so spill it." "Daniel, Stan, Aurthur, I'm not really ok right now. She's missing and I'm worried that we might be too late to save her." As my friends tried to reassure me, I glanced over at the corner of our field where a small cluster of trees was starting to give me a weird feeling. After about five minutes of this feeling, I start walking over to the trees to investigate. "Alex, son, where are you going?" "I'm just going to check out this cluster of trees. I'm getting a weird feeling from them." As I got to the trees, I look in between the cluster and freeze. She's laying there, long cuts all across her body and blood slowly pooling around her. "Alex, hunny, is everything ok?" I slowly reach down and pick her up in my arms, the shock completely consuming me. As I got within everyone's eye sight, they all gasp as they see Rose. "Quickly! Get her to the hospital wing of the school!" When I couldn't move, my father took Rose from me and rushed her down there quicker than anyone else. When I got to the hospital wing, I heard the nurses telling everyone that no one was allowed in her room and it broke my heart.
