POV: Lauren
It's my senior year of high school I'm happy but sad that I'm leaving this place. Happy because I wouldn't have to be here anymore, sad because half of the people I'm friends with I probably with never see ever again and I have zero idea what I want to do with my life. Everyone always asks me " Lauren what are you gonna do after high school" I say I don't know my dad wants me to become a doctor or join the army my mom wants me to become a fashion designer but I don't want to become either of those thing I just want to live life yea know.
I'm 18 years old, my parents broke up when I was in the 6th grade. I kinda expected them to break up they always fought a lot it was never quite at home, they would fight over the smallest thing like my mom would ask my dad to make her coffee so she could drink when she got home and my dad never would because he says he was too tired from work. They broke up because my mom cheated on my dad with her best friend's boyfriend, I kinda suspected that something was happening but I would never say anything because I probably could've been wrong, I know it's fucked up but lives life never fair you just gotta accept it and move on.
I have two best friends they're names are Dinah and Zayn. I met Dinah and Zayn in 7th grade us three were in the same classes and coincidently in all our classes our assigned seat were together so we just decided to become friends best trio ever, yeah we have other friends but we mostly just hang out with each other. Zayn and Dinah are dating people well mostly Zayn, Dinah is just talking to someone but they act they're dating they just won't make it official. Zayn is dating some girl named Gigi and Dinah is talking to a girl named Normani they're both cheerleaders I've only spoken to Normani but not Gigi I've only seen her around the school.
Dinah and Zayn try to get me to date someone but I just don't want to I don't know why I mean people at school are attractive but everyone is just so.... I don't know boring I guess but there is one person her name is Camila, Camila Cabello well I don't know if I like her or not we both hate each other but it's something about that hate relationship that I like.
