Chapter. 9 ~ The Kiss Of Blood ~

It was night time, the time for all the night killers to come out and feed on the living.

But, it was also the night that I had to do with the training for the knight class.

I didn't like it one bit, but it was a deal I made with both kaname and headmaster cross, luckly both agreed of the deal, & so here i am ready too start training with the night class.

I walk down the garden of the night surrounded by red roses and the delicious smell of them surrounds me with calmness.

I sit on the bench next too a water statue swan fountain, the moon bright as the sun pierces it's light ever so bright, making everything in the night come alive.

I sighed, calmness flowing through me as I breathe in the night air, seeing fireflies dancing around me through the night, stars sparkling along with the moons beautiful light of beauty.

I smile at the sight of the beauty that the goddess has created on this beautiful night spring night.

I felt the calm dred over me, so I'd thought I'd sing a melody that my mum taught me when I was just little, i have very little memories of her.

But her smile and laughter what keeps me going at hard times.

I smile at the end of the song the memory of me, my mother & father & i out on the lake one spring night such like this one.

A small stinging tear starts too roll down my cheek making it warm.
"I miss you mother, father", i say quietly as the fireflies still continue too dance along with the stars.

I then hear a tree branch cracked behind me, i quickly turn too see zero standing there speechless, i got up quickly," what did you hear"? I ask him abruptly, startling him from the trance he was in.

He blinked a few times and said," I-I'm s-sorry, your s-singing was b-beautiful," he says studdering like a little boy.
He was blushing, i could tell, he was looking away from me," what are you here for"? I asks, now getting his attention,"i-the headmaster told me to assist you too the nightclass which started a few mins ago, you didn't show so Kaname was concerned where you was, until I heard someone singing and it was you", he says now looking away again.

"I see, well thank you for telling me, I'll be on my way", i say," I'll escort you too class, if that's ok"? He asks shyly, still not looking at me, i smiled a little, "You can look at me, i won't bite, and yes you may escort me too class", i say.
