The avengers don't know he's Spider-Man, except for Loki who saw through the whole thing. He has a room and is staying at the tower because May is going on a trip overseas.

Peter woke up and headed to the kitchen for breakfast, still half asleep.
He grabbed a banana and headed to the commons to eat with the other Avengers, who were used to seeing the child in his PJ's eating with them. He sat down, trying to stay awake, not really noticing anything around him. Such as the shocked avengers staring at him.
Tony walked in with Loki, who had been trying to get him to read, and dropped his mug with a yelp upon seeing the teen. "PETER!" He screeched.
Peter shot awake and fell onto the floor from where he was on the ceiling. He rubbed his head, "Whoops. Thought I was on the floor..."
Tony just looked at him, wide-eyed, "YOUR SPIDER-MAN?!"
Loki just looked at Tony and the Avengers, then scoffed, "You really didn't know? Here child." He helped Peter up, then grabbed his shoulder and steered him towards the library to see a new book.
Tony, realizing what just happened, began to silently cry as he looked to the floor, "My coffee..."
