Chapter 22- Lies

Germany: "So how are we going to get rid of Aster, you haven't told us yet"

Subrein: "That's the thing, normally we'd restrain the host and remove the entity but Aster is different. He's stronger than most, this work typically mean it would just take more energy and time to get rid of him but"

Ukraine: "But what?"

Subrein: "America and Aster have been stuck together for too long, if I were to remove Aster I'd only hurt America. The last time something like this happen the host was killed in the process of removal, because the entity had attached to the soul"

Russia: "So Ame's stuck with the damn thing"

Subrein: "yes...."

Russia: "Fucking Great"

Germany: "Subrein wouldn't have said anything unless she knew something that could help"

Subrein: "I could try to suppress it like what America had been doing himself for awhile but if he were to emotionally become unstable this would start all over again"

Ukraine: "There's another option though, right?"

Subrein: "Yes, so I could start by suppressing it since I know for a fact aster won't let me get near him. After that I can use an item, I used to use it to maintain my power but it can be used to control aster"

Germany: "How? It doesn't seem like something that would work in this situation"

Subrein: "I tweaked it a bit, this item can be changed. It just is draining to whoever does it... moving on the important part is the gem that's in the item. It's a control gem" * she shows them a ring that has a red gem on it * "If we can get it on America it should stop Aster from getting control again"

Russia: "Anything else we should know about it?"

Subrein: "yes, the gem will change to black whenever America's emotions become unstable so that helps out a bit"

Germany: "What about the suppression part?"

Subrein: "It'll take a while and it'll probably leave America drained of energy for a few days but I can do it, we just have to keep him here"

Ukraine: "Aster would fight against it what if he hurt the baby"

Subrein: "I don't know... I can't do it all at once. It's too dangerous but when I'm not Aster would be able to do anything till I can force him back enough...."

Ukraine: "So until we know how to restrain him properly we can't do anything"

Germany: "It seems that way"

Russia: *he's growing impatient with this since to him they've made hardly any progress and they don't have a full plan *

Germany: "Well as long as he's here we have time to figure something out"

Subrein: "Lets not jinks it Germany, Aster is full of surprises"

Germany: "Right, if you have any books that might be helpful I can look through them"

Ukraine: "Since when did you know her language?"

Germany: "If I'm not working, I'm learning"

Subrein: "You really do have to constantly be working don't you"

Germany: "Yes"

Subrein: "How long did it take to learn?" * she got distracted and very curious*

Germany: "Six month maybe four if I didn't have to take breaks to get other things don't"

Subrein: "That's great! Normally people from other countries spend a year or two trying to learn it"

Ukraine: "Seriously?"

Subrein: "Yeah it's not the easiest, wait sorry I got off topic. Let's just make sure we keep Aster here and find a way to explain this to Soviet, and I'll keep working to find the best and fastest way to suppress him"

Ukraine: "It's the start of a plan, what should I do?"

Germany: "Not let Russia go insane"

Russia: "I don't need to be monitored."

Subrein: "You do and ukraine's your sister she'll be around you anyway"

Russia: "Just figure this out Subrein, I'm already tired of your country's shit."

Subrein: "I'm going to tell myself you didn't mean that."

Russia: * he glare at her before leaving the room*

Subrein: "Asshole"

Ukraine: "He's just sober and worried, he'll calm down in a bit"

Subrein: "Just don't let him do something stupid Ukraine"

Ukraine: "I won't"

Germany: "We have work to do now, we should be going"

Subrein: "Of course, call me if anything happens"

Ukraine: "Will do!" * she smiles at them*

*Both Germany and Subrein leave. Pov is staying with Germany and subrein*

Germany: "Are you sure about this Subrein?"

Subrein: "I hate lying to them but I need those closest to Ame worried or scared. Suppressing someone like Aster now would be suicied to someone who's not an adult or rank 4"

Germany: "Rank 4 is royalty or the country representatives?"

Subrein: "Yes but they would still have to physically and mentally be an adult, I only fit two out of three of those requirements. The easiest way to suppress Aster is by having Ame take back control event if it's only for a few minutes"

Germany: "But is it safe"

Subrein: "....."

Germany: "Subrein."

Subrein: "....No, mentally and spiritually it'll hurt Ame, but it won't hurt him physically. It won't kill him, actually it will help him control Aster better."

Germany: "Was the ring a lie too?"

Subrein: "Kind of, the ring can't stop Aster from taking over again but it allows Ame to control and use Aster's power, if I were to tell Ame that the ring will stop Aster, he'll feel safer knowing Aster can't take over, so even though Aster can he won't be able too"

Germany: "That's actually smart, but don't you think Ukraine should know?"

Subrein: "She's too close to Russia. If he figures out that Ukraine's not actually worried he'll start asking questions and that could ruin the plan. So it's best neither of them no, better yet this should stay just between you and me for now"

Germany: "Alright but if this fails subrein, we have to tell them what's actually happening"

Subrein: "I can agree to that, for now let's see if there's any other way to stop Aster, because I really don't want to lie to people anymore."
