I'm glad he though of me as his best friend but the truth is I wanted to be more than best friends... I wanted to be together. Like, girlfriend and boyfriend. Be able to call him mine, knowing another girl can't come in between. I wanted to kiss him so bad but he only thought of me as his best friend. Damn wasted outfit. These pants made my butt look good too.
Why should I be surprised? I mean he WAY too good for me. He's... Him and I'm a pathetic loser that only dreams of getting the guy. God! Why am I so fucking stupid!? Harry waves his hand in front of my face "you okay?" I nod my head "yeah just lost in thought I guess" his phone rings he looks at it and says "hold on I gotta take this" I nod and he gets up walking to the balcony. I go to the kitchen and finish cleaning dishes throwing a few around when he comes back in.
I rinse off my hands and he says "I am so sorry! The boys are having trouble with music and I'm the only one who knows how to set it up" I nod and look at the ground. He continues saying "hey but maybe we can go back to the original plan of you coming to the party" with a smile on his face. "Yeah, I'll be there" I fake a smile and he comes closer hugging me and kisses my cheek. I follow him out and close the door and lock it when I close the door. I turn around pushing my back against the door and slide down with tears streaming down my face.
My phone rings Serenity's name pops up on the screen "what?" I say trying not to sound like I'm crying. She starts saying "I saw Harry walking out and he was only there for a few minutes, why?" More tears come down and I don't say anything. She hangs up. I get up and go to the bathroom. I sit in the bathtub and get my razor out and press it against my wrist. I slide it little by little. I hear the door open and close and then running foot steps some one try's opening the door but can't succeed because I locked it. I hear pounding on the door and finally someone breaks through the door. I see serenity. I look back at my wrist and smile watching the blood run down my arm.
She grabs my razor and throws it across the room. She grabs me and picks me up and throws me over her shoulder and takes me to my room she gets a scarf I never wear and wrap it tightly around my wrist so it doesn't bleed as much.
"What happened?" She yelled at me. "Nothing" I said messing with the scarf wrapped around my wrist. "God damn it Lexy! You're gonna tell me!" I sit up and say "I am in love with him, but in his eyes he only sees me as his best friend. Nothing more. I thought just maybe he was the guy my mom was taking about. They guy to swoop me off my feet and to treat me like royalty" I start crying again. Serenity holds me in her arms and Pets my hair soothingly until I settle down.
