Chaoter 20: Were Just Not A Good Match

"(Y/n)? We're coming in" "Jeez turn on a light" "Your life isn't over so stop pouting" Stop pouting!? Stop pouting!? I had to spend three weeks away from the people who actually cared for me! Pulling myself up from my bed, I looked to Asher and Musa.

"What the hell do you want" "To take our little sister out, Ainosuke wants to show us a special place, so we agreed" "Oh I bet it's his pedophilic sex dungeon" "(y/n)! Don't speak about him like that!" "Last time I checked you aren't my mother"

"I'll get our mother if you don't quiet down" "Besides they want you to go out and about again, you've been cooped up here for three weeks" "What's the point of going out if I always have three bodyguards watching my every move, I can't go to the bathroom without them freaking out"

"Well you are an escape artist" "Asher that's not the point, (y/n) stop mopping and let's go, he is taking us somewhere you would like, it's a skate park called S" S!? He is taking them to S!? That means I could see them again.

I had to go, no it's more like I needed to. So I got up and walked over to my closet and grabbed my board. "Let's go" "Not like that, dress appropriate, what you wore in last years Olympics would suit you fine"

"Excuse me? Why the hell should I dress in that? It was uncomfortable as hell and the shirt was way too baggy!" "It's simple, your gonna compete tonight against some of the tops skaters, Ainosuke promised a good show" That Son of A...

Not wanting to lose my chance I pushed them out of my room before changing into the outfit I wore at the Olympics last year. I still couldn't believe it's been that long since I won my first gold medal but it has been, and so much has changed.

Pushing that thought aside, I grabbed my board once more and walked out of my room where my siblings and now Adam were waiting. "Ahh I see my princess has finally finished getting ready, it's time to go, I have big plans for this evening"

Ignoring his comments I walked downstairs and exited the house, climbing into the back of his car. I looked up to see that his lapdog Tadashi, was with him. "Hello Lady Hearts, how is your evening" "It could be better, but we're going to S so everything should shape up soon!"

"I'm glad to hear it, Mr. Ainosuke is announcing a skating tournament at S tonight so please make sure to register for the qualifiers" "You bet your ass I will, the others are gonna be there so I can't wait to see them!" "Yes your friends will be there, just be careful I believe your older brother is still out for blood"

"Figures" before we could exchange any more words, Adam, Musa, and Asher entered the car. For some reason Musa and Asher have dressed appropriately for the place we were going to, it made me wonder if Adam filled them in on what kind of place S really was. But that didn't matter to me.

What really mattered was seeing everyone again. So when Tadashi took off I stared out into the night sky thinking of what was to await me when I finally showed up again. Little did I know, that over the past three weeks, pandemonium had struck out and there were mixed signals and feelings between the ones I loved.

Hey guys! Sorry that's it's been a hot minute since I last released a chapter! I've been working on moving into my new house so I haven't had a proper chance to write a new chapter!

For now, enjoy this short snip that I wrote way before all of this was going on! I promise that when I get back to writing I will mass-produce a few chapters for you all!
