-Swap cookies with oatmeal cookies.

-Swap ice cream with frozen yogurt or plain yogurt topped with fruits and nuts.

-Swap of fries with sweet potato fries

-Swap milk or white chocolate with dark chocolate (if you cant stand the bitterness try 60-70% dark chocloate ones)

-Swap salted or buttered popcorn with air popped popcorn (I like to add a bit of cinnamon to mine)

-Swap mayonnaise and butter with avocado 

-Swap soda with fruit infused or plain water

-Swap coffee with green tea

-Swap sour cream with greek yogurt

-Swap pasta with spagehetti squash

-Swap store bought juices with an actual fruit

-Swap bagels with english muffins

-Swap Tortilla with large lettuce leaves

-Swap chocolate chips with dried fruit

-Swap pizza dough with cauliflower dough
