OKAY FIRST OF ALL DID YOU GUYS SEE THE SNEAK PEEK FOR SEASON 4? I'm a little disappointed we have to wait till 2022, but it'll be worth it. Anyways, towards the end of this chapter it gets a little more mature so just be wary if you're younger. This is also a little longer of a chapter!

"Come on, Lucas, just one more stair," Max says while dragging him behind her. The party slowly came to an end after most of them had a little too much to drink. Max was glad she had a tolerance for alcohol, but it was another story for her boyfriend. Lucas doesn't usually drink, but when he does, he's gone after his sixth beer.

"That looks so comfy," Lucas slurred, seeing the bed. He immediately laid down, and Max grabbed his pajamas. Lucas gasped as Max tried to take his shirt off. "You can't see me naked! I have a girlfriend." Max just laughed.

"Babe, it's Max."

"Oh my gosh! Where?" He began to look around the room, so she grabbed his face.

"I'm right here."

"Max! You're here!" She smiled, and he let her help him put a clean shirt on. The redhead pulled the blankets over her boyfriend and went to wash her face before she went to bed.

When Max came out, Lucas was fast asleep. She climbed into the bed, trying to be quiet. It was pretty dark in their room, but her eyes adjusted to the face next to hers.

"You're going to have such a fun headache tomorrow," Her hands gently caressed his face while her eyes stared at her boyfriend in adoration. She kissed him on the forehead before snuggling up next to him for the night.

The sun peeked through the sheer, white curtains as Lucas woke up. He immediately noticed two things. One being his huge headache, and two being there was no one next to him in bed. Lucas slowly sat up as he tried to remember everything that happened last night. He couldn't remember a fight or anything with Max, so where was she?

As if she could read his mind, Max opened the bedroom door and with her a cup of water and Advil. "Oh, you're awake!" She said a little too loud, causing Lucas to wince. "Right, headache. Sorry," Max whispered as she gave him the medicine.

"Please don't tell me I'm the only one who got wasted last night?"

"You weren't. El and Dustin are downstairs feeling pretty crappy."

"How are you not dead? Every time I looked at you there was a different drink in your hand."

"Lucas, we've talked about this before... I can handle my alcohol, you, on the other hand, cannot," She patted his head and walked to the door. "There's breakfast if you want it."

Lucas made his way downstairs and was surprised to find he was the last one up.

"He lives!" Mike yells, earning groans from El and Dustin. Will slaps him over the head for being inconsiderate about everyone's headaches. Max brings a plate of eggs and bacon over to the counter for Lucas.

"Thank you," He kisses her on the head before he sits down to enjoy his breakfast.

"Now, for the sake of these three goons, I suggest we just chill today," Max says, referring to El, Dustin, and Lucas.

"I agree, but I think after the sun goes down, we should do a bonfire," Will suggests. Everyone seems to nod in agreement.

"Do we have stuff for s'mores?" El starts looking with hope for the ingredients.

"I don't remember buying any, sorry."

"Will and I can go to the store!" Max volunteers. "Besides, we are the only ones who haven't left the property in the past two weeks."
