Go up behind them and yell really loud in there ear or when you see them get in front of them and stomp your foot and yell their name.
Tell them that you don't like them the say your just kidding then repeat the same process again and again.
Sit quietly then throw your arms out and yell " I'm bored entertain me" then sit up straight and repeat.
