Marie and I were running towards my chambers. The Oracle faded away after helping me kill Carmilla. I couldn't stop thinking about it —I had just killed someone. I had stabbed someone through the heart, and watched them die in front of me. Marie would keep watching me, she would reassure me that what I did was for a good reason. I saved her , myself, and Trevor. I ended the nightmares she put me through. I was free again. Purple butterflies were flying around us, landing along my dress, and sinking into my skin.
"Trevor! " I cried out, Marie was farther ahead of me, and that was when I saw the door open, and Trevor's brown hair peeping from the corner . Marie was the first one to hold him, she was Smiling and happy. I slowed down and fixed my dress, watching as Trevor walked up to me.
"I kept my promise... " I said, He nodded, pulling out my necklace from the his pocket.
"Did you find your friends? " he asked. I looked up at Marie with a puzzled look on my face; she was just as confused as I was.
"What friends? " I asked.
"A woman was calling your name. Then two men and a girl. "
I sighed in frustration. Dad, Jacob, and Stacey were here —I didn't know who the other woman was,so I left it alone.
No matter what... The Oracle sneered at me. I refuse to stay away from you,Child. Do you understand me? I'll make nightmares more worse than Carmilla had ever given you. Tenfold.I chill went down my body. The Oracle giving me worsening nightmares than Carmilla? I strapped that necklace around my neck so fast,it actually felt tight at first.
Smart girl."You stay here, " I said, before walking towards the door. My hands on the glass orb knob, Marie held her son close to her.
"Please be careful, Carmilia. " She said, I gave one last smile, before walking out of the door.
You know that surge you get after you take down someone much stronger than you? That feeling that you can take down anything and anyone that's in your path, and no one can tell you otherwise— that feeling of power running through your veins. I felt that surge through my body, as I forced my way through the demons."Carmi! " I turned around and saw Stacey running towards me. She was wearing a blue armor suit and a cross necklace that stopped in the middle of her chest. She held a sword in her hand, and —she looked pissed. And scary—very scary.
She slashed her way through the other demons, while I attacked the ones on my side. Thanks to Carmilla's powers, it wasn't a problem now —never was really. Zapping and burning through demon skin and bones. Stacey drove her fist against the demon's skull, and grabbed the monster's head. Running it against the stone wall. She then grabbed her sword and slashed through a gang of demons.
We need to get a weapon!
I scanned around and saw a sword hanging from the wall. I reached out to grab it,but flinched at the sight of a Lightning bolt striking down just inches ahead of me. I glared at Stacey, who shrugged.
"Sorry! " I grabbed the sword and fueled my power into the blade. Making it go from a silver blade, to a pitch black color. A purple stone on the center, and a long dark blade. It reminded me of the Soul Edge.I got a little excited inside, and started hacking away on the remaining monsters. Purple lines covered their bodies, and down they went.
"Let's go." I pulled Stacey's arm and dragged her down the hall.
"I can't find Jacob, nor Pops!" She says, before we turned and kept running. I had to pick up my skirt so I can run faster. If I can remember correctly, Dracul was just a feel miles away. I hope he still wasn't fighting Aleks . I know he's strong, but he's not almighty. He can still die.
