Ally's POV
It's been two months since we moved and things have started to calm no messages I'm not worrying so I don't sleep with dad anymore and everything has been good so far at home.

It was Monday morning and I have been up and sorted ready for school to which dad was going to drop me off which he doesn't do a lot because of his fame but I had no one else available to pick me up and drop me off so yeah.

Yeah I said everything is good at home however school is a bit complicated. Everyone knows that my dad is Chris Evans and they all are fine with it and leave me alone expect for this group of people who think is good to repeatedly tell me he's using me or I'm too ugly blah blah blah and I've been getting names like fatty Ally and stuff it's only been name calling and constant bullying nothing more so I can handle it but I'm not going to lie but it's slowly breaking me down.

Anyways we were on our way to the school and dad thought it was best to park a block away to which I agreed "cya dad love you" I said kissing his cheek "love you too sweetheart have a good day" he said smiling but as soon as dads car drove off that group of please walked round the corner so immediately bolt for the other side of the street and walk to the school head up they had seen me and yelled names but I ignored it and went to first period. (For someone who isn't American I'm getting these terms right)

3 hours later*

It was now lunch break and I was sat at my usual table alone doing a little sketch while eating with my head down and earphones in "oi I'm talking to you!" A girl said pulling out my earphones fuck great it was Lilly the bitch of the group we will call her "can I help you?" I asked "yeah fatty Ally you should probably stop eating so many carbs otherwise Chris will leave you" she said ow that hurt I put on a I'm not bothered face and talked back "well if I'm already fat and dad is still with me then what's the problem with getting more fat??" I asked I know I'm not fat I'm an average size girl but it makes no sense that they say that as they already call me fat "you call him dad? He isn't your dad!" She yelled obviously can't think of a come back for my statement "piss off" I say "hell no" she yelled "fine" I picked up my sketch book and walk off but before I could she grabbed my shoulder "watch out later" she said in my eye I shrugged her off and walked out.

After school*
Seb was picking me up after school because he was visiting us anyways today so he thought to pick me up after school but he told me he was gonna be a bit late and to just wait outside of the school to which I did. But lucky for me the group walks out and sees me and decides to talk or so I thought. "Hey fatty Ally" Lilly said I shock my head and put my earphones in "pin her" she said to the other girls in the group to which I got pinned to the wall behind me and suddenly out of nowhere I get a punch to the face to which made me black out.

I woke up to feel myself in pain around my ribs area but then heard a male voice telling the girls to back off I opened my eyes slightly to see seb "s-seb?" I questioned trying to get up "stay down sweets" he said softly "you three girls better fuck off and don't talk or touch her again!" He yelled to the girls to which they ran away "fuck that hurt" I said trying to make a funny situation as I realize that I have some explaining to do later "ha ha come on let's get you to a hospital" seb said picking me up "ow...hospital why a hospital?" I asked "because you've probably got a broken rib and nose" he said but I could hardly hear him as darkness surrounded me again "Ally?... Ally?.... fuck keep your eyes open"

Chris POV
"Hello?" I said picking up the phone to seb "get your ass to the hospital now I'll explain when you get here but Ally is hurt" seb said making me panic and ran to my car getting to the hospital as quickly as I could.

"Where's ally Evans she's my daughter?" I asked the desk woman "she's with her uncle in room 307" she said to which I nodded and ran to the room. As soon as I walked in I saw Ally eyes closed bruises all over dried blood on her face it pained me to see this tears started to leave my eyes while I looked away and saw seb "what happened?" I asked sitting next to him "I got to the school and saw some girls bearing the shit out of her" seb said head down obviously crying himself fuck he had to witness this "she's broken two ribs and her nose she also has a concussion making her pass out ally's already had surgery on her ribs her nose needs to stay in a splint" seb said shaking his head "they were yelling at her these hurtful things like 'Chris doesn't deserve you' 'fatty Ally' which makes no sense as she isn't fat what's so ever they said 'maybe we should beat the fat out of you' like wtf that's disgusting who would say that" seb ranted on making me cry even more part of this was my fault because of some girls because jealous of Ally being my daughter fuck "the doctors called the police" seb said "they said to let them know when she's up and ready to talk as them girls can get done for it" seb said hands balling into fists I still haven't said a word.

"D..dad?" I hear faintly from the distance "hey hey ally how are you?" I asked quietly sitting next to her "just great" she said with a cheesy smile making me chuckle she always knows how to make a bad situation funny. The next thing I thought of was how long these girls where doing this for "how long?" I asked quietly "they've never beat the shit out of me before only said hurtful comments which I ignored ummm it was before you adopted me as they bullied me for being an orphan but when they found out about you they thought to be bitches about it" she said quietly "sorry language" Ally said making seb chuckle a bit have they really been bullying her for this long "do they have any more morphene love that stuff" she said joking it hurt me to see her like this covering her pain with jokes "ally.." I said seriously "yeah sorry it hurts like hell the comments and the pain I never said anything because I just ignore them or say something that shuts them up quickly but obviously me telling them to piss off triggered something" she said trying to sit up "take it easy" seb said running to her side helping her sit up "I know we're in a hospital but can we order pizza" she said grinning "doctor said you can't eat for a while" seb said "soooo.... what did they do?" Ally asked "sweetie.... they broke two of your ribs, your nose and you've go a concussion and busing head to toe" i said stroking the hair out of ally's face "I'm never picking you up from school again... I've never seen you so vulnerable you were lead unconscious while they kicked the crap out of you... it scared me.... I don't wanna see that again" seb said crying it was obvious it effected him worse I mean he witnessed this crap he had to watch Ally a girl who he sees as his niece and loves very much get beat the shit out of so it's no secret he was scared shitless.

"Hi I'm sorry this might be bad timing but the police are here" the nurse said "oh okay" Ally said looking down "you okay?" I asked "I didn't know that they could get arrested for this" Ally said looking away "I doubt they will get arrested I think they will only get charged because of their age sweetie so let talk to the police" I said kissing her check
