Ranbeer has been staying here for the past few weeks and I don't know what's the purpose but we're definitely learning about each other.
I didn't realise the night he came, he already brought his clothes. Cheeky guy.
We didn't do anything beyond just holding each other and he frequently kisses me on the forehead but that's just it.
I was making both of us coffee because he will be up any minute.
I heard the doorbell and I was surprised with Pooja and Anand excited faces.
"We brought you breakfast!"
"Hey! Come on in!" I said greeting them in and Pooja hugged me with a big smile. Both of them sat at my couch and I sat with them.
"This is a surprise." I said looking at them.
"We couldn't appreciate you enough with finding a place for us and letting us crash. We're here to let you know that we're moving out of town." Pooja said looking at me and as much as I'm upset with her moving further away from me, I just nodded understandingly.
"I understand. Hope you guys settle down soon." I said looking at them and Pooja looked at me weirdly.
"You look different. Usually you would've thrown a tantrum for leaving you." She said narrowing her eyes at me and I shrugged, smiling at her.
"I can't get upset over everything and besides, you're married. You're having your own life." I bringing them drinks.
"Oh wow, you've grown up." Anand said beside her and I rolled my eyes at him.
"Shut up you." I said shoving him playfully.
I sat at my couch, listening to their plans and Ranbeer walked out without realising the extra audience.
He stretched his arms, walking to me.
Both Pooja and Anand stopped talking, looking at him.
He is been doing this routine which is taking my coffee and sitting beside me, wrapping his arm around my waist.
I froze for a moment, forgetting Pooja and Anand are here.
"What are you doing here?" Anand asked, almost screaming with a shocked face and Ranbeer almost spit out his coffee, realising there's other people.
Pooja was speechless and looking at us with wide eyes. I mean, we never got along together but suddenly he's taking my coffee.
"Oh, heyy. You guys are here." Ranbeer said awkwardly and glanced at me.
"What is he doing here? Hadn't he left since the other day?" Pooja asked crossing her arms and I shook my head but nodded later on.
"Wait, did he leave or not? This is weird. You guys hate each other." Anand said looking at us and Ranbeer and I glanced at each other, with a small smile.
"I left but I came back." Ranbeer said and sipped on his coffee. Both Pooja and Anand gasped dramatically.
"So are you guys dating? Why are you wearing his shirt? Oh please someone explain!" Pooja hit Anand in frustration, making him groan.
"It's yours? I thought it's mine." I said looking at Ranbeer and he pointed at the custom logo he has on his every shirt.
R. His initial.
"Never mind. You can wear it. I like it." He said smiling at me and Anand slammed his mug on the table.
"You both, better tell us something because my wife has been hitting me for the past 10 minutes and my arm hurts." Anand said with a paining face, making me laugh at him.
