The Return

A Month after Grif went into the Zero Point.

Simmons was checking on the Zero Point every day since Grif went in. He felt lonely without him, and tried to get the panel to work again... But it wouldn't work, Simmons was about to go home until he noticed a portal open and someone flying out.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH" Grif Screamed as he crashed on the ground. "Grif?" Simmons said as he ran over to him. Grif got up and saw the Maroon Man, "Simmons?" Grif said weakly. Grif Screamed, "Wait... I CAN TALK AGAIN, AND I REMEMBER EVERYTHING!" Simmons looked confused as Grif looked different with the grenade belt and straps on his now buff body, and mostly of how Grif said that he could talk again. Simmons confused said, "What do you mean you remember everything?"

"My mind was lost in there, I couldn't remember anything, and I couldn't talk at al-." Grif said as he was hugged by Simmons. "I missed you Dumbass!" Simmons said. As they were talking back to the Warthog, Simmons wanted to know what happened in there. Grif responded saying, "It's a long story, a bit crazy so you might not believe me at all!" Simmons asked how Grif got out, and Grif responded saying, "I had 2 friends that helped, and new skills as well."

"It's Good to see you again Grif." Simmons said as he got in the Warthog.

"It's good to see you too." Grif said beginning to drive home.

Home.

He was finally Home.
