16 - Sweets

Raeun came straight to the skate park after school, throwing her school bag beside their group she jumped onto Renjuns shoulder slightly pushing him down.

"What?~" he groaned turning to face the girl expectedly waiting for her to ask something.

"Nothing" she shrugged while looking the other way "no seriously, what do you want?"

"Well now that you asked, are we f-r-i-e-n-d-s?" spelling the words out she sent him a small smile.

"Cause i was wondering mabey it wouldn't be that bad to start to get along with you y'know?"

Renjun picked up his skate board and skated as far away from the girl who kept blabbering on.

However that didn't stop her as she constantly ran behind him, slowing his pace down he finally stopped and turned around at the girl who halted in her space.

"No"

"Why not?" she whined watching him roll his eyes in annoyance.

"Because your annoying" he muttered placing the board around his arm.

"I'm not if you get to know me"

"No and don't give me that crap i know exactly why you want to be f-r-i-e-n-d-s and ive already told you no"

"Well if you already know then why dont you give it a try"

"I dont want to" he shrugged

"fine asshole i guess we're not friends or bestfriends, were back to square one" she huffed with her eyes closed.

Renjun rubbed the insides of his eye while letting out an exhausted sigh. Raeun pulled onto his new skateboard, it wasnt the one that he personally customised since she broke his other one which she'd never not feel guilty about.

"Teach me" Renjun raised his brows watching as she attempted to move on the skateboard.

"Your feet arent even placed right" he said as he modalized how it was supposed to be and she quickly copied him. After a few tries she caught on pretty quickly.

"Now use that foot to kick and keep your balance steady" taking his advice she kicked her leg on the ground.

"Holy shit im doing it" she smiled turning around to face him. Renjun hissed as he watched her lose her balance and trip against the floor.

"Oww" she groaned as her knee started to bleed out "why would you turn around you dumbass" slapping the back off her head he helped her up as he analysed her injuries.

"This is exactly why i dont want to be your friend" he muttered pulling onto her arm as he took her to the cabin.

Moving her to sit on a nearby chair he kneeled himself on the ground "it's not even that bad-" Renjun shut her up by placing a wet towel against her skin "how's that gonna help?"

Renjun ignored her as he carefully took out a plaster "wait!" She yelled and he stopped to glance up at her with furrowed brows.

"I want the sponge bob one" she pointed towards the box of plasters and he simply smirked before placing it on her knee.

His fingered gently brushed against her knees sending shivers down her spine "it's cold" she mumbled and he quickly looked up at her "your cold?"

Surprised over the fact he heard her, she tried playing it cool "i guess?"
Picking himself off the ground he pulled off his jumper from the top before throwing it towards her.

"Wear that under your blazar" Raeuns eyes widen as he packed the box away. Nervously smiling at the boy she wore it under her blazer as the soft material closed her up.

"Aren't you cold?" She asked as he stood with only a white t-shirt. Renjun shook his head in response "I'm never cold."

"Your not fucking Elsa shut up"

Getting up from her seat she followed him out towards Haechan and the others.

"Isn't that Renjuns hoodie?" Jeno asked curiously

"Yeah, its cold so he lent it to me" she shrugged taking the sweets out of Jisungs hands "thanks babes"

"Babes?" Mark asked raising his brows as she recently kept calling Jisung babes.

"Yeah Jisungs my babes" she smiled giving him a quick wink.

Renjun on the other hand was quite jealous, he didn't seem to understand the feeling that was linguring around his heart but it made him mad.

Scratching his chin he slipped his hands to take the packet from Raeun "hey thats mine!"

"No it isn't, it's your babes" he mocked stuffing his mouth with the sweets "I thought you didn't like swee--"

Renjun purposely cut Haechan off and stuffed more into his mouth "where did you get them from?"

"Uhh the convenience store around the block" Jisung spoke as they all cluelessly watched Renjun eat sweets for the first time in years.

"Don't eat them all"

"Oh my bad, you want some?"

Shoving the empty packet towards her chest Raeun opened the plastic to see how much he took.

"what-- you finished it all you fat cow!"

Renjun bent down to her level "sorry darling, ill buy you some next time."

"Liar"

"Calling me a liar?"

"Yeah i am"

"That's harsh"

"Don't care your still a liar"

"Am not"

"Are too"

"Not"

"Are"

"I can buy you some right now to prove it to you?"

"Go on then"

"Well follow me out madam, you can take your pick"

"Lets go" she huffed leading the way.

"I really don't get them two at all" Chenle sighed shaking his head as they walked out.

"neither" Haechan added.
